Same deduction of $138.67, shows up as a pending w/d from Excel Pro and then the Inst Acc8004269694 once it posts to your account....spoke with my bank they insisted my card number was used.... haven't used it... try calling number..but it is no longer in service.

I HAD AN ATM WITHDRAWAL ON MY ACCT WITH THIS NUMBER BUT NAME SHOWED UP AS "INST AC 8004269694 8004269694 CYUS" I WAS BARELY GOING TO PAY A BILL AND WASNT ABLE TO DUE TO THIS TRANSACTION THAT CAUSED MY ACCT TO GO INTO NEGATIVE. I DIDNT AUTHORIZE THIS AND NOW HAVE TO DISPUTE MY ACCOUNT AND WILL TAKE 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO RESOLVE. "WHAT CAN I DO MEAN WHILE?"

estos cabrones me sacaron 40 dlls de mi cuenta y ni siquiera he comprado ***a....ya ni la ****gan, ahora haber si el **** banco me los devuelve....

I didnt get a call either but I got $68.71 from my account too. When I called the number it has a busy tone. I dont think that number exists. I called my bank and filed a claim for it.

This is my Daughter's account and she is on Disability, gets her money once a month. We just noticed today where Excelpro with the number from above had deducted $138.67 from my daughters account. We, like the others did not authorize this transaction. I called the number and they said the number isn't available. I contacted our bank, they are investigating for Fraud, also thru the bank we found out these people are in another country. So now my daughter doesn't have anymore money till next month. W***ver did this is very heartless and thats very sad.

It seems that this is a scam...I'm calling the states attorney...Better business bureau and any news channel that will look into this.

Same issue as other users reported - $138.67 deducted from my bank account, same number, same name. I did not authorize charge and my bank has now cancelled my card and I'll be getting a new one. When call the number on my bank statement - I get the message that it is not available from my area code.

I did not get a call, I just got a deduction for $138.67 from my bank account. I do not even shop on line.

This number was on my bank statement you call and it tells you to call 1-800-382 talk (8255). When you call that one, it says this number is not available in your calling area ... I tried it in 5 different area codes. I  had to close my debit card and get a new one issued also submit a dispute letter to the bank with the card #, amount $138.67 and info on what happened when I contacted the merchant.  Remember to maintain copies of all disputes for future reference.

had a deduction from my checking acct 138.67 with this number xcell pro on my statement... i did not authorize this i don't know what to do. you call and they send you to another number 1800382-talk when i dial that number it says not available in my calling area
