To Jim and Dope,First off, may I apologize for any of my****ociates who did not leave messages, it is our standard operating procedure to do so. Secondly, ADT does use 1-800-428-7124 as our call back number and if you were to call that number, you will be able to reach a number of departments in ADT's Call Monitoring Center. Third and finally, if we called your number, one of our clients listed you. I as one of our dispatchers have no control over who we call, or an evil intention when we call you.

This is in fact ADT. It's their call dispatch center, not a sales center.If they're calling you, it's because you're listed as a contact for an alarm system. Talk to them to be removed if you have no idea why they're calling.If you don't want them to repeatedly call you, talk to them. They'll keep calling if you don't pick up. After all, that is the nature of the alarm business.It's a legit number!

"Do Not Call" list? Your an idiot! There is no nation wide "No Not Call" list!!!You must request to be placed on a DNCL from a database that the govt has and helps you with, but that list is limited. It doesnt list you on every *****in company in the US you dip s**t!Also, that number is from ADT, get it through your thick skull.

I just got a call from this number at 2:30am.  I do believe they are legit as the address they stated was an old store I used to manage for just 6 months ago, I am still with the company just at a new location.  All that to show that they do not have the most current records and alot of companies forget to take people off the call list in a timely manner.  Chances are you were on a list at some place of work or they got a wrong number some how.

I just took a call from this number and sure enough it was ADT reporting that an alarm was going off at my bar. I had to wake up, drive downtown and check the place out. It can be annoying, but it's the price of doing business (that is, if you want to have any sense of security). ADT's sales lines use a different number.Possibly some of you had your number mistakenly put on a list. But to think that a call from this number in the middle of the night is telemarketers out to get you, need to s**** looking at facts instead of using your own paranoia as proof.

Called my cell at 5:30 am, left no message. You can't tell me it was about an alarm issue, as I am unemployeed and have never been on a call list from my previous employer.

Said they were from ADT calling because an alarm went off. I dont have an alarm system. They said they were calling on behalf of someone who use to live with me who does not have an alarm system. They called half an hour later trying to sell baby sitting services.

Called us at 3AM. Husband and I are both retired and I am ill. Did not appreciate being awakened at that hour.

To anybody that says you shouldn't be mad about these calls needs to go die in a fire.  They blew my phone the f*** up one day, literally called me three times in a row asking for a Clarence Philip.  I've never heard the name and explained that to them very carefully every time they called.  3 hours late, lo and behold, yet ANOTHER call.  F*** you ADT, I hope you all f***ing drop dead.

I think that Mike, BandidoNels and Pam are full of it.  I have an unlisted number that is on the "Do Not Call" list and there is no way that I could be listed as a contact for ADT.  It's telemarketing pure and simple.

GROW UP people! This is part of your job description. So you lost a couple of hours of sleep. Be grateful you have a job to be worried about. I can think of a few million Americans who are unemployed and would not mind being inconvenience over ADT calling.

This is ADT. They do not conduct unsolicited calls. Like the guy above me said, they are calling you because there is an alarm sounding at a business or residence under which you are listed as a contact. Call them and try to get your name removed if this is not correct. They usually do not leave a message by the way. They have a list of 3 or 4 contacts and they go up and down the list until they get an answer and someone can respond to the alarm. I know this because I am in Bandidos MC and we have an ADT alarm on our clubhouse, and it seems to always go off when I'm most comfortable in bed on the coldest night haha. Hope this info helps. Anyone who is complaining about getting this call needs to ****. The only reason ADT would be calling you from this number is if your employer has uses their service and has you listed as an emergency contact. If they are calling you about a former employer or have the wrong number you should let them know what's up not just whine about somebody interrupting your sleep or wasting your time. This is a legit number. They are not trying to sell you anything. Come out of your fall out shelter, the telemarketers aren't out to get you.

I received this call at 5:52 AM on 1/11/09.  I didn't answer because it said Toll Free on the caller ID and I****umed it was a telemarketer.  After investigating the number I then called my job to see if there was an issue with ADT.  Normally they would leave a message but they didn't and there were no issues at work.  This made me angry since they woke me up from a sound sleep and I was on vacation.  I know there are laws when a telemarketer may call and I feel so****ing needs to be done about this totally unsolicited call.

this number called me at 9:32 and left a message saying they were ADT and that i had a low battery.  they gave the address, which was incorrect, and told me to call them back.  ridiculous..don't answer.

I got a call this morning at 5:00 AM ! Woke me out of a sound sleep. The call was to my cell phone. When I saw the caller ID as an 800 number I realized it was a bogus call and did not respond. When I did a reverse search online, I noted the number is for ADT. How rude!
