My husband received a bill from "RMS" for over $100,000! This amount was "owed" to a state agency whose name was not spelled correctly. He has had no dealings with this agency, and owes no money.Despite the prestigious Manhattan address, the letter was stamped by a Pitney-Bowes and posted from an inner-city Brooklyn zip code. This was probably sent by a former RMS employee who pur****ed stationery when he/she was terminated.
