they call me and not speak... then they call back and hassel you.. they call everyday two maby as much as 5times a day.i cant get threw to these people that i am going to be late with my payment ...they are not satisfied withh there high penalties...these are the worst group of human beings on this earth..
This 800 service is a pain. The people who call don't have give their name or anything. I'm on the no call list too. I certainly won't answer a phone call that doesn't give their name. Most of them simply have a ma****e that tells you to call another number. All of these numbers should be shut down.
If Citigroup bought out AMC Mortgage Services whereis that do***entation from AMC to us in a letter???
I have recieved 3 calls within 4 hours, when I check the voicemail, it's blank. Now I'm discovering many other people getting the same calls. Apparently this company called Ameriquest, now citigroup, is notorious for calling the wrong numbers. I haven't been able to contact a human to get this to stop, but I've reported it to the FCC. Hopefully I hear back from them soon.
I have a mortgage with this company and they s**** calling on the 3rd of each month on an average of 2 times per day asking for payment. Sometimes up to 5 times a day. they will call me at work, home and cell phone.

This call was actually customer service for a Government funded refi option...FHA.
I received a fraudulent call from this number this morning asking for a person who I did not know.
I returned this call. A customer service rep told me they are now known as Citi Residential Lending. Citigroup bought out AMC Mortgage Services (FKA Ameriquest) and they are now part of Citigroup.
