"Mr. Canelli" called this morning looking for someone not at our number.  Caller ID showed 888-696-1990 instead of the callback number left.

I s****ed getting calls from this company in Feb. of this year. No messages at first. Then I received a call at work. I was summoned to the office immediately as the woman on the other end had our secretary very upset. I spoke to a Ms. Bonita Kennedy who wanted me to get my checkbook and give her a payment over the phone immediately. I did not and requested no more calls at work. I then s****ed receiving calls at home and had nasty messages left on my voice mail. I called back and was told that if I did not pay the debt I would be made an example of. These people s****ed calling my in laws house looking for and s****ed calling my place of employment two or three times a day. They went so far as to call my bank. I have no idea how they found out my bank info. I have filed a cease and desist letter and contacted the BBB in Atlanta. If I receive any more calls I will be contacting my attorney to file a lawsuit.

They called my ***her's cell.  How the f*ck would they get my ***her's cell number in ***? A Ms. Hamid ( 8004307124 ext 1501) identified herself as an attorney and tried the 'nice as pie' routine with him saying they were a lawyer had "good news" for me and that I'd "love to hear from them". They try to get your social security number over the phone--what ***** would give an unsolicited call their social security number?

These f*ckers called my ***her's cell in GA.  How the f*ck would they get my ***her's cell number? A "Ms. Hamid" at 8004307124 ext 1501 told him she had "Good news for me" that "I'd love to hear".  Since when is a call from a bullsh*t attorney's office "good news" or so****ing ANYONE would "love to hear"? I'm not even bothering calling these charlatans.

I just had trouble with these people, they refused to validate a debt, which they are required to do by Federal Law. Please report them to the Georgia State Bar (800) 334-6865, ask for the Consumer****istance Program.  Mr. Russell S. Thomas; Mr. Robert Trauner (Mr. Thomas wasn't listed); Mr. Michael J. This agency has violated repeatedly the FDCPA (Fair Debit Collections Practices Act)by imposing themselves as a law firm, repeated calls to the same residence in the same day, calling 3 parties ill relavant to to alligations to a debit.  Everyone Contact your state attorney general's office with a complaint.

I also received a Message from these people. She said here name was Christine 800-430-7124(x 1524) and she was trying to enter a decision on my behalf and wanted to extend a courtesy call to me so that i could enter the decision. After reading this i don't think that i will call her back. Thanks to everyone for thier input.

Just got a voicemail from this number.  It wasn't even a person, but a recording leaving a recording.

This company also phoned my husbands ex-wife. They have been divorced for over 14 years. Is this a scam pfishing for account numbers???

This company phoned my husbands ex-wife looking for me for some reason.  They have absolutely NO RIGHT calling numbers randomly looking for someone, especially without reason.  They identified themselves as a law firm.  I have tried calling the number about 20 times and I just get dead air for about a minute and then a operator type message comes on saying that the number you are trying to reach is not excepting calls at this time, please try a***n later.

1-800-430-7124, ext 1532 Ms Young - this message is for you, don't you ever call my home, my parents, my in-laws, my EX husband, my EX husbands family, threatenening them, and telling them the RUDE MEAN things you said. When I returned your phone call, you was rude, obnoxious and had the ***** to tell me not to call you a***n! Guess what lady, now I have YOUR phone number and I will make it my personal interest to call YOU and find out your family's information and call THEM. Don't ever threaten me or mine a***n. Life is a merry-go-round and I hope your horse comes around and bites you right on the dumb A** of yours. I realize you are trying to do your job, well you are absolutely TERRIBLE agt your job, and you should probably go work for a politician with all the bull that comes spewing out of your mouth. I also got a call from these people. They are so dumb! They want me to give a total stanger over the phone my personal banking information because they say I owe a debt. I asked to confirm this debt and they refuse to validate it, which is our right under the FDCA. Contact your attorney general and have them look into these guys. It turns out they can't even legally collect debt in my state.

Called me on my cell today. Pulled my credit report without my approval and then s****ed naming all these bills that that he says I haven't been paying. One was a student loan that I just recieved two months ago. He then told me, ad I quote,"By tommorrow night you are going to regret you ever got this debt". I Called my attorney general office and filed a complaint with them, sent the validation letter to them certified mail return reciept requested. we will see what happens next.

A "Miss Little" (xt. 1***) called my parents the other day looking for me.  I called them back and they claimed they couldn't find my info and asked for my social security number for verification.  I didn't give it to them!  I asked what this was about and they said a credit card debt.  I just recently bought a house and viewed my credit reports.  There is NOTHING outstanding.  I think this is a real scam and I hope somehow they are shut down!  Who calls themselves by only their last names?? I'm in customer service and if anything, I give my first name.  It's too fishy for me!  WATCH OUT!

I too am recieving calls from this number in addition I am recieving calls from Trauner,Cohen and Thomas in which that firm is s****ing to harrass me about a passed debt. This so called law firm, is calling from two different numbers. They are asking you to send money right then and there. Then they will say they are going to serve papers if you don't give them money. They are full of ****,don't give them any money. They are bottom feeders. What kind of Lawyer calls at 8PM at night. I don't know of any!!!! Type in Trauner,Cohen and Thomas law firm its real interesting!

1-800-430-7124--A***n this number continues 2 call and harass me!! I cont 2 reject these calls...I didn't do anything 2 them, and yet i can't seem 2 get them 2 stop calling me!! I picked up on a vm that was just recently left 4 me. It's coming from a woman, Miss Waineger??? And the company  believe is: charter, cohen and thomas???? I get a call or 2 a day. And i can't take it anymore!!! They are rude and very iritating!!! My mom recently got out of the hosp and has a lot 2 deal with considering she is dealing with possible cancer. I am in the process of caring 4 her...i am iritated as it is that i don't need these continued **** phone calls!!!

I get calls several times a week. I don't know who they are, and why they keep calling me! Everytime they call, i reject the call and yet they keep calling. The same number called my parents pahone, and my brother's phone lloking me in July of this year and s****ed a***n just recently. My ***her passed away at the end of july, my family didnt need the calls then, and we don't now! My mother has been in the hosp for about 2wks.I put everybody's phone numbers on the DoNotCallRegistry, and when i try to file a complaint on there, because there is no name shown, they will not accept the complaints. I'm tired of seeing this number on my cell phone! I had to disconnect my home phone because of this number!!! I'm tired of the calls ans the ****!! When i chose 2 answer this call, i get a rude male or female on the end of the call! Very rude and very iritating!!
