This is not a scammer, although wasn’t listed as ADT ( Emmanuel with local area code but with Orlando location both unidentifiable where I would not have picked up anyway. Police arrived and could have been avoided.

got a call from this number at 3:00am this morning. Didn't answer
What company is this? I have told them several times to stop calling me and they refuse... yes refuse, to remove my number
They are a monitoring center for alarm companies. You may have a friend/relative/neighbor/workplace that has you on call list to be notified of any signals received on an alarm system. If not or if you don't want to be on the list, pick up and let them know. They are required to remove you upon request with/without password.
