I just got the same exact call from the same person saying it was in regards to my Mother.  He also called my sister and was harassing her.  We are calling the authorities.  He wouldn't even tell me the company he was calling from and when I wouldn't give him any info. he ***g up.

The man called my sister looking for me but would not tell her what it was about. When she would not tell him any thing he said he had a subpoena for her and me. After calling her 5 to 7 times he left his number and tolder her we had to be in court on the 28 in NewYork.  She called me and asked me to call him right away so I did. He said that I had an out standing bill for magazines and I owed 750.00 and 1200.00 for lawer fees. He said he was with the  Iowa State Attorneys office and that he could clear this up for me for 208.00 and I can give him my debit or credit card number. I told him I would call him tomorrow with it. I went home and talk to my boy friend and he looked up the guys name and then the phone # and that is when he found this site. So he looked up the Attorney General # and the next Day I called Mike ***rowski back and told him that My attorney said I should not give my card info over the phone. and that my attorney also said that he could not subpoena my for a bill, but he could send me a summons and that there is a difference, a subpoena that would put out a worrent for me and a summons I would just lose and have to pay if I did not show. Mike then got mad and said I want the name of your attorney I will have him disbarred today. I laught at him witch made himeven more angry, and he ***g up on me. I called him back and asked him to send me the paper work so I could give it to my attorney and he said no That he had attorney and I had attorneys and we will let them handle it , then I asked what ***nch of the state office was he from. He told I did not need to know and not to call his number a ***n. So after ****ing up with him I call the police and they are looking in to it and I am also calling the attorney general. Some one has to do so****ing about these people who knows how much money they have gotton out of people that dont know any better.

I ALSO RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS PERSON WHO STATED HE WAS A PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR. HE WANTED INFORMATION ABOUT MY ***HER. HE STATED THAT HE WAS GOING TO JAIL AND SO WAS I IF I DID NOT GIVE HIM THE INFORMATION. I ***G UP ON HIM AND HE CALLED BACK THREE OTHER TIMES ACCORDING TO MY CALLER ID. I DONT KNOW WHO HE IS OR WHAT HE IS UP TO BUT CALLS A***N AND A***N AFTER BEING TOLD THAT MY ***HER IS NOT AT MY NUMBER IS UNCALLED FOR. THANKS FOR CALLER ID.

A man called my ex-husband's parents 1800 miles from my home. On the caller ID showed the above number. He stated that he was Ken Elliot, Head investigator for the State of Minnesota. He advised my ex- mother in law that he had to talk to me immediately about some legal papers that I apparently provided him. He advised her they appeared to be prepared by an attorney or paralegal. My ex mother in law stated that, "If he was a Head Investigator, why did he need her help to locate me?"  He then called her a "Smart A**."  In continued conversation he asked, "How many children does she have with her ex- husband (your son) and How does he get ahold of him?"  She refused to give him any information and he got angry. He stated that I was in legal trouble and she had to get ahold of me right away.Later in the day, a Ken Elliot called my home and spoke with my daughter stated that he was the Head of the State of MN. He needed to talk to me or my current husband about a legal issue.  He got upset with my daughter when she advised that I was at work. Calling her fowl names as well.This guy is apparently harassing other families as well.I tried to return his call to obtain further information on his relationship to the State of MN.  I then tried to research the given name which came up empty and the above number just says, "Leave a message on our general line." There is no acknowledgement of rea****g the State of MN, at the above number extention 111.From my research there is no record of this person working for the State of MN, according to my phone contacts. I have forwarded this information to my attorney for further research and will also forward it onto the the Attorney General's Office. I personally feel that this call my have so****ing to do with my ex employer whom I was just awarded a restraiing order a***nst, to protect me and my family. He employer stated that, "If I thought I was under stress before, then just wait till he is done with me!"This employer has been know by several people and a Bank to try and c****e his voice and iden***y to harass and put fear into people he was after. I can only presume that this Ken Elliot is somehow connected to my ex employer or possibly even one in the same.Either way Harassment and intimidation is Illegal according to the Laws of my state.

caller claimed his name was Insp. Todd Holliday, US Department Of Treasuryas to have my son call 1-800-433-8784 ext 111

This man named Ron Hall claiming to be a private investigator called my friend first claiming her and i were to be arrested for some ******* up fraud charges and threated to have both of us arrested and shipped to New york we are in Illinois. He then scared her so badly on this she came to my home right after ****ing up. She has cancer and also a very bad heart. Along with that my husban also has cancer and is in GRAVE health. I called this man to find out what was up. He gave me 3 options in which one was to pay 171.47 by way of credit card or debit or check asking for the info. I mentioned a few times throughout the conversation i was to call my attorney to verify him and the phone number was what he said. After the 3 options  which I was told to listen to him in full or he would just not request a withdraw on those farced up charges and and have the new york court order our arrests and send us off. Mean while my phone was beeping and i told him I had to have my husband at the drs and I was waiting for a call. Well I am back now and He is suppose to be in hospital do to he is very bad now. My husband is very ill. This man wouldnt shut up. I then told hime before i gave any info out i was to contact my attorny or take the phone number to whom ever i should to check it out. He said I called him I said I didnt see whom i called He then replied that he was terminating the call and s****ed to say that he was going to , at that  time I ***g up on him. He was totally cold . One more thing he talked alot like a preacher. Kept talking on praying for my husband and my friend.Then proceeded with the leagal threats. My husband is to be admitted in the hospital he is so upset with this he came home. So****ing need to be done on these sickeys

Man called my home # form this number looking for a friend of mine, and when I refused to give info, stated he also had a subpoena for me and I was supposed to appear in court yes****ay as well.  This is a total scam,  the man actually called me a ****** before ****ing up the phone. Would love any input on how to give this sum Tom Calhooooon or whatever his real name is a taste of their own medicine.

I am going to the attorney general's office with this.

Still doing this scam, people need lives!
