Leave a CommentLike others have said, he gave no company name, said he had my file and a solution to my problem. I also sounded like a pre-recorded message.
Got a voicemail from caller ID'ing himself as Eugene Goldman, allegedly in "the Workout Department" but didn't give any company name, may "have the solution to [my] problem" for my mortgage -- but I don't have a mortgage. Didn't call him back.
Someone called my house, says he's name is Eugene Goldman and has my file in front of him. He said he was in the loan workout department and that he had a solution to our problem. Though we bought the house recently, there was no known problem.
This Eugene Goldman left a message on my answering ma****e saying that he is with the "loan workout department", he has my file in front of him, and that he may be able to help with my mortgage problem. My home is in foreclosure, but don't know who this guy works for. I'm sure he is not with Bank of America.
No message was left.
May be telemarketing - says that he has my file in front of him, and that he might be able to help solve the property problem. My property is not in default or in any problem. Says his name is Eugene Goldman. Attempted to call back - get voicemail - says to leave my name, number with good time to call back, and also leave my address!! Searches on other sites reveal that this appears to be a person calling a lot of people.
