This is supposedly MCI, which was bought out by Verizon years ago. They have somehow managed to block the long distance on our residential account, but ***ody in the house can recall using MCI for long distance calls. We have asked them repeatedly to send us an itemized bill showing the phone numbers that were called and the dates the calls were placed on, but they only ever send us a bill showing an amount owed and no explanation as to how that amount was accrued. I don't trust this outfit. So****ing fishy is going on here.
