They claim to be Nationwide Life Insurance Company's,"Provident Division." Will send bills for so****ing you haven't done (with this number attached, which the 411 directory says,"Does Not Exist."), then block you from asking questions about, if you are not the Policyholder, which they cannot do. So far I've spoken to Cathy, Nick, Travis, and Jessica, who should be fired for incompetency, at minimum. Collections Fraud, and n all around horrible company. Avoid at all costs.
