These guys relentlessly send vacation offer faxes on a weekly basis regardless of whether you call their "remove from list" number, (866) 545-2945. How can I get them off my back?

We were successful in taking down the toll free number. It has finally been deactivated and is no longer in use. Hopefully this will be the end of this scam.

They fax 'vacation' offers 5-10 times a week. When you call to be removed they take your fax number and **** up, but yet the faxes never stop. It costs me money for the paper and ink each time.

This was an unsolicited fax. Tried to call number but they wouldn't give me their company name or address. I called them back about 30 times in a row and asked for their address and company name but they kept ****ing up on me.

UNSOLICITED FAX - TOTAL SCAM! BEWARE!

Well we were septics at 1st but turned into satisfied customers! Right, it isnt raelly 99 dollars, but it is still an awesome deal. We went on 1 of these in november and had a fabulos time. The faxes were kinda annoying but its the way they must keep there costs down. Don't **** it until you tried it. We''ll be back next year unless our fax ma****e breaks down!

I've kept same faxes as reported by people here. The "company" is definitely a scam artist. Maybe they deserve a courtesy such as a fax software that keeps calling that number so they can feel and understand what they been doing to people. And that would help preventing them from preying on others!

i called them to ask about a package they had, it was not 99 dollars like the fax said it was around 315 dollars after tax, handling and other fees. i told them to please remove me from their fax list we were not interested, the lady said call back and tell the receptionist thats her f***in job and ***g up on me. i said nothing rude at all.

Everyone please listen to this post! We are Bobwhite Specialties and we are not responsible for the faxing!!!! We used to have that toll free number and canceled it last year. This company picked up that number and is using it to send their deceiving faxes. Please do not hold us responsible and stop telling everyone we are guilty. We are a law abiding legitimate company that has never deceived anyone and continue to have a great reputation and run an honorable business. Our business is in promotional items only and there is no relation to those slime***** that fax annoying offers. I will keep posting our innocence until everyone believes us.

PEOPLE, Wake up, your solution is right in front of you. Take the fax that they sent you, write on it DO NOT FAX TO ME A***N, stick it in your fax ma****e and fax it to the number listed on the paper, if they keep answering the phone oh well, maybe they will some day be smart enough to hook that phone number to a fax ma****e.

This is definitely spam fax.  Our company gets these constantly, along with others from same outfit using different names.  Never a sender's phone number on fax. Call to removal number only puts you on list for MORE junk faxes! Also sends junk faxes under name of "America e-Find".

We are Bobwhite Specialties, a promotional items company and this is not our phone number any longer. We canceled that number in 2008 and do not own or use that number. We are not responsible for faxing to anyone and do not offer any travel deals. Please do not confuse us with any company that offers or faxes about vacations! This scam is using toll free numbers at random and ours was canceled in early 2008. Someone has listed us as the culprit wrongly and it is not us as responsible!

I have been getting these unsolicited faxes from this company for a long time - they use different "800" call back numbers. Calling the removal # doesn't work & calling the company & requesting they stop doesn't work either! After signing up for a free eFax account, I began receiving junk fax travel offers. Now it's up to one per week. The saving grace is that there is no paper wasted, yet I still find it annoying. What is with the state of Florida and their obligation to shut down these spammers? Do we have to boycott their citrus and tourist industries to get their attention?

A travel scam based in Florida. Where is the law?

Here is the umpteenth report I just made to the Do Not Call registry. What does it take to get some satisfaction? "These people fax and fax their travel scam offers. If you call them for information they **** up on you. I report them weekly and this has been going on for years. Why aren't you doing anything to make them stop? Isn't that your job? There is no business, license, physical address, no travel agent license, no fax number in the header for this unsolicited fax. This is all totally illegal yet still goes on and on. What gives?

I have received 12 faxes in 2 months. I have made many calls and received promises to stop sending. They keep coming with different numbers and same graphics. Spoke with "supervisor" who gave me her name, then wasn't there the next time I called to say her "stop" failed to work. They **** up on me; they gave my son a false business name "Island Reef Travel".
