I believe Vituoso Sourcing Group is at it a***n. They c****ed their # to 800-615-8948. I've been called 2 days in a row now and talked to them this morning as they won't leave a message. Theywill not tell you why their calling and our son has had a little trouble with bills. They get our# and think its our son as he is a Jr. I have sent a cease and desist letter as I was told theywould take my number off their list. I don't believe that to be true just listening to the girl speakand she had a at***ude. After reading the blogs I thought I might warn others. Will seek legalhelp if it doesn't stop. (They did tell me they were Virtuoso Sourcing Group.)
How many Richard Parkers live in the United States? This firm robo-calls all people with similar names, asks personal questions and refuses to state their business clearly. They called asking me to confirm my address. (Not okay with me to give my address, but since I have been called probably 30-50 times, I confirmed that it was NOT my address. Then they asked me about another address on their screen.) When I asked them about the nature of the call, they got testy and told me they'd call back to speak to my husband another time. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but they ***g up. Any tips on getting them to stop calling? We don't owe any money, and I don't want to give out personal information on the phone.
I had an old Sprint bill.. A bogus one at that, but this Virtuoso Sourcing Group continued to tell me that if I didn't pay they would red flag my social security #. They said we can settle for 60%.. So I paid, today, I get a call claiming I STILL owe 100.00? NO, I said there was a settlement and I don't have another 100 bucks to shell out to some debt collecting agency.. They said well if that's true disreguard this call. SO, I e-mailed the "boss" online.. Hopefully they take my number off of the debt collection list because getting calls EVERY day is quite annoying especially when you have a 10 month old who needs to nap too..
Virturoso Sourcing Group is a daily pest. Calling my home and demanding info from me even when I identify myself as not who they are looking for. Most of the time it is a recording on the voice mail but a number of times I have become indiginate to their arrogant and pushy ways. My phone is an unlisted number, they have no right to call me. I can't tell you how many times they have agreed to remove me from the calling list to only to have calls resume. I have excellent credit. These people are worse than the the people they are looking for and they need a great big dose of there own medicine. The last callJuly 23, 2010 at 11: 43, I was told that "they would call me back and that I was dead." These people are a menace and need to be put out of business for good.Michael J. Roy
I do not owe money to bank of america because my mortgage co. would have paid it or I wouldn't havereceived loans. It is from 9 years ago. I don't think so.
They called me twice in one night and I let it go to voice mail. They didn't leave a voice mail so I called them this afternoon. A mouthy, rude younger guy answered and said he couldn't understand me and to speak English. I've lived in the Midwest my entire life. I ***g up and called back and got another operator and he said they were looking for someone named Dawn. They did this about 6 months ago and they quit calling. They're back. I'm contacting an attorney and taking action. I'd love to have a some of their money.
I get robo-calls usually 3-4 times per day from 800-452-6394. The robot has a British accent and asks me to press one if I am person X, and to press 2 if I am not. When I press 2 they **** up and call back a***n about 3 hours later. I called the number on the caller ID and was surprised to find that they identified themselves. They are Virtuoso Sourcing Group, LLC, 3033 S Parker Rd Ste 1000, Aurora, CO 80014. They are a contract debt collection agency. We have been harassed 3-4 times per day since we obtained this phone number 3.5 years ago. At times we have also been harassed by Cardworks Servicing and by Enhanced Recovery Corporation -who lectured me on taking responsibility for my bills! Evidently person X used to have our phone number. It is not rocket science to learn that the number was reassigned 3.5 years ago and I have explained that repeatedly to every "live human" that has called -but those are few and far between. This is the kind of business that the government needs to come down on like a ton of bricks.
Guy calls and act as if he know you-leaves a message with your first name only saying to call Eric back and gives a case number.....who is this?
Tried it works great but the cops never did show up.
so a "person" named Sibley repeatedly calls me from this number to collect on a "debt" from Nicor Advanced Energy. This is a company who has illegally and wrongfully billed thousands of Illinois residents so much that the state district attorney has a giant class action suite a***nst them. They are currently attempting to bill me for my gas bill which I already paid the real Nicor for including a "separation" fee. At first his calls on my company phone were refreshing and entertaining seeing as how telemarketers no longer contact me ;). Now I'm sear****g for their physical address so I may quicken his reunion with Allah.
Its a collections agency
Some garbled message was left on my answering ma****e. The only thing clearly recorded was their number. Luck has it that I find their number here. Now I won't have to fall for the garbled message trick and call back.
I was not at home and my answering ma****e took the message. The garbled message I heard was: This is an important business message from first mortgage insurance. Please call 18004526394. That number a***n is 18004526394. But now I see it's first revenue****urance, a debt collector. It sure sounds like first mortgage insurance! ***ody here owes anything, so they got the wrong number. Don't they check first to see if they have the right number? Or do they just dial the phone book?
I get a recorded call daily from this number, telling me to call another 800 number that is no longer working. I would like to get them to stop leaving daily messages for me to call them.

I dont know who this company is & I dont owe them money. & they called my job.To my knowledge I have never recvd a letter from this company & they are breaking collection laws by calling my job if told not to & then Iding them selves to an unknow person that was not myself.
Rude man called from this number. I told him to take my number off list because no one by the name lived at the residence. I told him it was too early to be calling and he said I was lazy and should get to work. I work from home, and don't appreciate wasting my billing time answering calls from 800 numbers.
To Good Credit Californian, Yup...B.S. ADT bill...but seeing all this traffic, I suspect that every agency imaginable has been contacted, yet, they persist. Perhaps it's ADT we should be reporting. To JJYup....counter harrassment...I like it. Think I will spend some time next week at such pay phone banks. Explaining to them that ADT is wrong only keeps them harassing. To All, Get an advanced call forwarding plan, forward all calls from 800-452-6394 to the rejection hotline (617-861-3962).
I had similar experiences - many calls, rude person, and most importantly a blatant LIE, and a FALSE accusation of owing money to ADT Security. All of you who do not owe the monies they claim, report their bad business practices to the Colorado Better Business Bureau: http://www.bbb.org The more people who file legitimate complaints the more reason BBB has to take action. First Revenue****urance has no m****s or values...but what they do have is a visable call back number... that is also toll free. If they have harassed you beyond the norms of legal bill collection activity (and they will). Go to a loca bus terminal, train station, airport or other place in your community where there's a bank of pay phones. 6, 8 or more is best. Pick up one pay phone, dial their number, select the option to speak to a rep, set the handpiece down, move to the next phone, do the same. Don't say a word, just keep repeating. Call a few friends in other area codes to do the same. After a few hours of being unable to harass people (what they get paid for), they will realize that their own medicine doesn't taste very good. ...oh, and don't stick around too long. They don't like their own medicine so much, they will call law enforcement and have them go to the pay phones to see who is doing it. Dial, move to another phone, dial, never speak, go around a few times then move onto another location. Coordinate with friends in other states or area codes to do the same at about the same time.
Caller from this number 800-452-6394 asked for a member of our houshold (who is out of town). After explaining that the person they were calling was not in town, caller claimed that I sound like that person. I explained that they are calling a shared resource phone and the person they are trying to contact is not here. The caller then stated that they don't care. I ended the call. Caller then proceeded to call from a blocked cell phone, repeatedly. At one time, claimed to be from an online social networking site used by the member of our household who is out of town. I googled our shared aquantance and found that sure enough, his name and our phone number is right there online. This company knows no bounds and no ends to the harassment they will dole out to anyone at a shared number.
Caller ID shows "Unknown", if you answer, it disconnects. If you let it drop to voice mail, it's very difficult to make out what they are saying. After months of these calls coming in daily, finally I was able to make out the number to call back ...800-452-6394....bill collector for a bogus debt. The staff are cowards, will not allow you to speak to their management (maybe the management are cowards too). Some of the staff make threats of physical violence. Some of the staff make threats of calling you daily (heh...they already do...just not mature enough to actually talk to someone when they call....when you get back through to them, they play games, yell and threaten. . . I feel sorry for any legit companies that hire this group to collect on their behalf.
They call and leave a garbled prerecorded message. I thought it was saying "This is about you insurance" If we answer it disconnects. I have no idea why they are contacting our business.
This is a debt collector: First Revenue****urance
