This company ha***** my bank account for over $28 and not authorized. Have contacted my bank to not let them debit my account.

They took 29.95 out of my account, but dont worry they mess with the wrong person,because my wife is a lawer...

They didn't call me... didn't do anything other than take a 29.99 charge off of my checking account without VISA info... it was through checking and routing info... how the***** did they get that? I tried to call their number 1-877-216-1306 which they have listed on their website www.onguardid.com like melanie Williams put before me... the recording said it was incorrect and to check the number a***n?!?! I'm sick of companies stealing info from ppl who didn't authorize it!!!!

This company has taken $81.00 out of my checking account without my permission. And i would like my money back.

I have found the name of the company and there web site. It is www.onguardid.com. These are the people who are taking money from our accounts and when you try to call and speak to someone in charge they absolutely refuse to put a supervisor on the phone. The number is 1-800-***-5303. They can't even tell you exactly what is is they do. Please report them!!! Report them, report them, report them!!!!!

Some one from this number tried to take 29 dollars from my bank account with no authorization. It was supposedly a loan site. Please report them if this happens to you!

Guys, if you don't know who is taking money out of your account, call or go to your bank and let them know that you did not authorize the charge. Depending on whether they have your debit card or checking account number, you will be given forms to fill out for the bank to try and get that money back.  But don't sit on this and try to fight with the company... While banks do encourage you to try and resolve the issue, if you can't get it resolved get to the bank right away to get it taken care of.  The longer you wait, the harder it will be to get the money back.

They took 29.99 out of my account and when I called them they aid they have no way to look it up and I have no idea what this company is.

It showed up on my bank account and they said they it was authorized and they dont do refunds so what am i suppose to do about getting the 19.95 back

This company is a FRAUD! People beware....they are deducting from accounts with no authorization, then you call them...they are fishing for your info...DO Not give it to them....go to Federal Trade Commission and report them!
