Calls and ****s-up
There was a long message left on my business line at home, filing up so REAL business calls cannot get thru..I called the phone no. at 800-***-2120 to ask him to take me off the list and find out where he got my phone no. he placed me on hold...SAYING...I have to put you on hold, since I have a NICE person on the other line...EXCUSE ME...then he puts me on hold for around 3 minutes, he wants to go thru this long disertation why he CAN leave me messages...i dont have time to listen to this...and I ask him just to take me off the list...and he ****s up on me, refusing to do it...and I call back and he ****s up on me, 2 times refusing to take me off the list.. We don't need this kind of non-professionalism....waste of time.
