I hired a debt solution company that has a John Leaberry PLLC as its lawyer to get my husband and I out of debt with our creditcards. I was suppost to pay $350.00 a month with no one telling me that I had fees of $49 each month that I paid for,as they explained, for handling the calls that I got from the creditors, and the 1st $350 was to set up an account, a bank account that every month this account would pull out $350 from my account. They never said anything about the fees that they would receive on the closing of each credit card, like when they, my worker was named Elizebeth, said that they handled my husbands Chase account, was to call a number and ask for Ken, well as calling this number quite a few times, never could get ahold of a Ken, he would always "just left" Well this CDS sent me back not all of my money that went there but they said the first payment to this Ken was suppost to be $681, the money that CDS sent me out of my account, I had to give this Ken my routeing number and account number and 3 check #'s for Jan, Feb and March, well no one has gotten this money out of my account, as of the 19th of March, I stopped paymetents on these checks. Then I got an email that wanted to settle an account that I had and it was a different name but the same number of CDS, they said that they got an account down to $692 and all I would owe them is one of my payments to them ($350)that is a***** of a fee, they want 25% of what they save me, but first the fee was $550 and they saved me so****ing like $2,000. What are they doing?????
