Leave a Commentbogus call; do not give them information. Report to BBB
I recieved a text message said it was "sprintfreemsg" telling me they deducted 40 from my debit. Makes no sence, didn't pay anything except my bill 2 weeks ago. Called the number attached to the text 800-456-6070, and it prompted me to enter my account information. It was odd, sprint usually knows your account info already, will only ask you to verify your account pin. So, I ***g up and dialed *2, talked to a service rep, it was a bogus text, people trying to phish account information. They get you to call by saying you have a balance or a payment was withdrawn. Always use *2 for customer service!
We have received calls from this number numerous times. Please make it stop.
Just called the number: they gave me National Do Not Call Registry phone number, 888-382-1222, WHICH I'M ALREADY ON!! Dorks.
Called twice this evening and ***g up. They've called several times before. We have Vonage.
They keep calling me and I don't even have sprint. I am currently an Alltel customer they need to stop calling me because I have a prepaid account and this keeps lowering my balance
Been calling twice a day, usually back-to-back on my cell phone number. I screen numbers I don't know...figure if its so****ing important or someone I know id get a message or here people I know telling me I've not been answering their phone calls.Makes sense it would be sprint...we just dropped them for Verizon. Finally had enough of sprint. We have talked with them on multiple occasions attempting to close the accounts for good...they just keep calling.
Every single day they call my landline phone. The rare time I'm actually home when they call, there's ***ody on the other line. I called it back once and they confirmed they are Sprint...here's what's weird.I do have a Sprint cell Phone - but they do not have my landline number - I've only had the land line a month and have yet to give it to Sprint so they're not trying to reach me. When they took the landline number they keep calling, they said they have no record of it and that if it is the collections department they can't look it up...weird but OK. The woman who used to have our number apparently never paid one bill on time - I'm constantly getting collection calls for her. It's rather infuriating. And Sprint keeps calling.
Got one call this morning and there was no one there.
the nubmer keep calling me twice in a hour.
they keep calling every day! all hours and no message no name on the caller id very annoying
I keep getting a call from that number and it is the finance department at Sprint. The phone is AT&T, but the number used to be a Sprint number. They keep trying to get ahold of someone who used to have the number, but keep calling even though I told them this is a work phone and that person never was with the company
received a call - no message - we have nextel currently and our contract is up in June. They keep calling trying to get us to update our phones/plans/contract. What a joke - we can hardly wait till June because our bills are so high and they will not adjust our plan. Poor customer service - plans without flexibility and what a pain that they constantly call the cell phones and the home phone - harassing us to sign up a***n for two years of torture. Service not even close to what Nextel use to provide.
