Same MO-Tammy Tucker over and over - for someone with our phone Number from over 2 yrs ago...........will it never end!!! Comes up UNKNOWN leaves return number 888-447-4168.

I s****ed getting these calls from Tammy Tucker last week, but the number is 888-447-4168.  I am sure it is the same person and co.  I filed an FCC complaint, but probably won't stop them.

These people have called me at all times of the day and night. Sometime sthere is no one on the other end when I pick up. They called this morning- Richard Halford calling for my husband. We have NOTHING past due...He wouldn't speak to me only said to have my husband call them. Needless to say, my husband is ripping.

Tammy Tucker, Tammy Tucker...That lady needs help. Seriously, when she signed up for that job did she know that her voice was going to be used to bother innocent people. All I am guilty of is having a number that was once owned by some ********* who did not pay their bills. I am not that *********! So stop calling me early in the morning and waking my kids or interupting my dinner. If I could find this Tammy Tucker lady I would call her ALL DAY LONG!!:)

Tammy Tucker calls my cell phone, as a recorded message, and has been doing this for the past few months.  Can we do a class action a***nst them as wasted time, minutes, consumer annoyance?  What en***y is she calling for because it's really annoying.

The number in question is a collection agency Encore Receivable Mgmt. They will harass you if they don't get their way. We should put a stop to this!! It may show up as "Unavailable" on your Caller ID.

Received this on my work number.  The same pre recorded voice mail from Ms Smith about an important business matter - then the hours to call (central time).

I just received this call on a work number.  I called back to tell them to stop calling and received the "your call is important" message over and over a***n.Same MO - This is Ms Smith, times to call etc.  I'm on the West Coast.

Repeated calls from a ma****e saying this is Tammi Tucker.  Please return my call or press 1 now.

Oddly, note person above me (same name) I just got a call, same thing. Ms. Smith with days and time to be reached. On other searches this is supposedly a collection agency called Encore. The only dealings I've had with collection agencies was YEARS ago about a book club that scammed me and I reported them to BBB and VISA and the company had a class action filed a***nst them.

Got a call from this number.  It had called my phone several times today.  The message was from a Ms. Smith, recording with days and times she can be reached.  Do not know who this is, but am tired of these calls.

Tammy Tucker and Mrs. Smith both have called me from that number and only ask me to return their call.  (yeah, I'll get right on that!)I'm sure its just a setup to a scam.

got same message as Shelly - answering ma****e message from Ms. Smith with the phone number 1-800-457-3878.  All calling times listed in the message were for Central time.

Caller said her name is Tammy Tucker & this is an important call.

I have no idea when the call came, but thelady on the answering ma****e said her name was Ms. Smith.
