I received a telephone call from a female who did not identify herself. She gave me this 104826245 and she stated to me the next time my daughter comes to town for her to call this number as she wants to help her. They call at least five times a day. They even wake me up at night. I am on th do dnot call list at the federal level. This is a unwanted telephone call and we have no business with them calling here.

I live in Puerto Rico and got a call today on my cellphone asking about my adress. I asked them what was this about but they wanted to confirm the adress first before telling me any information. Of course I did not confirm anything. Told them to send so****ing through mail and if I answer back through mail then the adresss was confirmed.

REALLY annoying, because they called my cell today which is registered under my husband's name and i took his name. and they asked for me by my maiden name....it was REALLY weird

I got a call on my cell from this number. Don't know how they got my number, the only person that knows my number is my wife.

its ERC and they do not purchase debt....company higher them to collect there debt. and if you want them to stop calling you all you have to do is answer and tell them to stop calling

calling my work number way after work hours. I only get part of the message, so no idea who they are looking for. Computer voice identifies itself as Chelsea, says to call back and provide a reference number.

I own a tracfone and have never had a phone from a real company. I turn my phone on for a missed call and I hear the message and I say to myself "Oh Jeez! What'd I do?!" I call back and I'm so angry. The joke is on them if they want money and scam me. I don't have a bill. This is my first call, but I have a feeling it won't be my last. It didn't say anthing except ERC.

ERC is a recovery company who will hound the **ll out of you! Worst part is I don't owe anyone they are collecting money for. This is for someone who had this number two years ago. I have tried having my number removed.. they just s**** up a***n!!! I've just called back and tried another time... if this doesn't work I'm reporting them to every agency possible.. enough is enough..I pay extra every month to prevent bull **** like this from bothering me, message says the first name of the person and if your not that person to delete the message.. no matter what I do they keep pis**ng me off and I'm more than tired of it!!!!!

It's a collection agency.  Within the last year, they must have purchased a list of unpaid bills from AT&T and Sprint and now call constantly.  Good thing I'm getting rid of my home phone!

calling looking for someone not living at this address. Repeat calls all times of day and night.What don't they understand? That name is not living at my home! Why are they not removing my number.. I have a call block through my phone company and about to file multipal complaints.

A prank call from an 800#? it seems odd 800.459-0766 called @ 6:50 pm the caller said my name, then hesitated and you could hear another party laughing in the background. NOT FUNNY ***?

I was contacted by these people and was told I owed for a bill on an account of which I had never opened.  I contacted Sprint and was told that someone had opened an account for a NEXTEL phone a***n I never had.  Sprint has taken over from the FRAUD departement and will be contacting ERC to have them stop calling me.

Apparently some loser named Danika Rush used my phone number then defaulted on a loan. I have told these people for YEARS now that I'm not Danika Ru*** They still won't stop calling!  This ****s! I'm going to file a complaint with the Attorney General.

Continually get collection calls from this company. I have never had, now will ever have Sprint.  I have no debts and have hadAT&T and Cingular for years.

I have been getting calls from this collection agency almost daily. I have no clue who they are. I have phone accounts with verizon and AT&T...and not sprint. How can I stop them?

I receive a lot of different 800 numbers lately. I have no outstanding debts.I don't know why they are calling me. If it is sprint, I have never delt with them. It is the same 800 # with the last 2 digits c****ed 800-459-0781. It is time to do so****ing about it. I have the # for the attorney General and told to call them. The number is 1-888-743-0023. If everyone calls maybe this will stop. A law needs to be passed and enforced for such harrassment.I don't answer these calls anymore but I have to listen to their messages to delete them.

Anyone can find out the registered owner of a phone with a variety of ****ods, like Caller ID), without harassing the current user. I was spoken to in an ill manner when I contacted E.R.C. about the problem. This type of abuse should be a***nst the law.

I keep getting the same call also. It's a recording when I pick up that says "please hold for a representative from E so****ing collection agency." Then it ****s up on me. Any way to get them to stop calling?

These predators continue stalking long afterbeing informed they have the wrong party.  Theydeliberately refuse to update account corrections,cease and desist.

This number called my cellphone. I checked my messages, and I had this computer message (female voice) leaving the 800# and a reference number to callback with. I never did. I have a service that checks my credit report monthly, and I pay my bill on time. Most debt collectors are live operators, so they can talk to you about repayment. If someone had a debt, how likely are they to call you about it? Duh.
