ok, over th last several weeks i've rec'd telephone calls from 8004597902 and they ask for someone at my work # that i know doesn't exist.shall i play a game with them and tell them that that person has left for a vacation overseas and is unreachable?   i'll say that i am in daily contact with that person....aahahahah

This phone number keeps calling my cell phone number, they have called 6 times in a row, when I answer no one speaks back and the line goes dead. I want them to stop calling!

This cell phone rings daily [sometimes more than once per day] from this caller.  This is a cell phone for a disabled man and only once has he been able to answer it.  They were looking for a Joseph ... Out of courtesy to him I will not give his last name here.  I have talked with four [count them, FOUR] different people at Enhanced Recovery Systems and each has****ured me the number will be removed from the system.  The last person I spoke with was Haley.  Yes****ay it was Chelsea.  This phone does not have voice mail activated so there is no reference number available to give the ERC people.

At the risk of saying "me, too," me, too.About a month ago, my cellphone s****ed getting repeated calls from this outfit and "Chelsea."  (I'm not the person they're looking for, nor do I have even a remote clue who it is, and the name isn't even close to mine.)  I have now spoken to three different real people at ERC, each of whom has apologized and****ured me that I won't be called by them a***n.Quite frankly, I'm afraid to make any "legal" contact with an outfit such as this; it wouldn't surprise me if contacting them with my personal info would just make them s**** coming after *me* with some type of fake "debt" that never really existed.Perhaps it's time to get a couple of state attorneys general involved in this, since the postings here show that this has clearly been going on for a long, long time, and the company shows no inclination whatsoever to c****e their ways.

For over a year this company has called sometimes 3x's a day & almost every day.  They leave an automated message at all hours - 7 am to 9 pm.  A few times a person has called & I tell them no one at this residence owes any money but they just keep calling.

This # keeps harrasing my office, and every employee in this office. They refuse to quit calling our patient line, and this is a doctors office. Roxy and her****istant Jessica call home and work multiple times a day. This is getting rude and ridiculas!

THEY KEPT CALLING AND REFUSED TO LEAVE DETAIL INFROMATION...I FINALLY CALLED AND ASKED WHO THEY WERE. THEY HAD OLD INFORMATION AND A FALSE ACCOUNT. I KNEW IT WAS FALSE BECAUSE I HAD A PAID IN FULL RECIPT FROM THE COMPANY 8 YEARS AGO! WHEN I TOLD THEM THIS THE LADY MRS. PAYNE EXT 1044 DEMANED MONEY AND PROOF. I TOLD HER I WOULD NEED PROOF OF WHAT THEY ARE REQUESTING BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THEM. SHE THEN ***G UP IN MY FACE. I CALLED BACK AND REQUESTED A SUPERVISOR, A MR. NICK ALLEN PICKED UP. I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND THE PHONE CALL AND HE TOOK MY NEW ADDRESS TO SEND ME PROOF OF WHOM THEY ARE AND WHAT THEY ARE CLAIMING. THIS COMPANY HAS SERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES AND SHOULD NOT BE HARRASSING PEOPLE THEY ARE TRYING TO COLLET DEBT FROM, WHY DO THEY TREAT PEOPLE SO HOSTIAL. I AM VERY OFFEND SINCE I AM ALSO A USA VETERAN OF TWO IRAQI TOURS. I WILL BE MAILING LETTERS TO THE PARENT COMPANY COMPANING OF THE MISS TREATMENT OF PEOPLE AND HARRASSSING NATURE UNTIL THEY ARE BLUE IN THE FACE AND I URGE EVERYONE ELSE TO DO THE SAME

A message was left Twice about six days apart by 'Chelsea' at Enhanced Recovery Corporation. I'll give them a little credit for mentioning that they ARE a collection agency. This caller keep calling me and telling me I owe this Debt whcih is not so but they for reason will not take my word for it.
