When the "Stop a Debt Collector Today" software is complete, I will post where you can download it...It is FREEWARE... they will NOT be able to contact you by phone ANYMORE...Also try to encourageall debt collectors everywhere to give you valid phone numbers of there ***** bosses so we can reciprocate will timely phonecalls to them also. The employees of these "very special" businesses don't realize that they are being used and abused by the companies they work for. It's a matter of time before they don't meet a quota and they are kicked to the curb... if they have bills they will probably be receiving phonecalls at all hours from the **** setting next to THEM when they were working there

Called my husband's work.He works in the field, and isn't in the office. When I called back, after holding twenty minutes, someone finally picked up. They were nice. Just a hassle to wait.
This company calls 5 times a day on my 9 year old son's pre-paid cell phone... They don't get the hint not to call anymore... HELP
they are beginning to call for some fool. various agencies, some outsourced to a foreign country (caller id gave the out-of-country code) have been calling for the past six years and no amount of yellilng at the****orted agencies will get them to stop. maybe I should threaten legal action.
Got this call on my cell phone almost everyday recently. I am getting sick of it
800-459-7904.Call it back on non-biz hours (right after it called our cell phone for the previous owner of the #) and recording states its ERC, and gives a long list of biz hours.Google search (of ERC collection agency) finds :Enhanced Recovery Corporation http://www.erccollections.com/Jacksonville, Florida – Corporate Headquarters8014 Bayberry Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32256Toll Free: (800) 586-0013From their web site:State-of-the-art predictive dialer SQL Collections Software fully integrated with SQL Auto-Dialer They call every day between 8 and 8:30 am "predictively".
Out of the blue this automated call comes in. S****ed at 8:01 am and now it's from 1 to 3X a day, often at 2:01 now plus other times. The call s****s out saying if you are not (blank, no name) please **** up. They state they are a collection company but state no name. Usually I **** up before the whole call completes. I'm really getting aggravated. This phone is on a no call registry
They call every morning at 8 am and wake me up. I work at night so it's depriving me of sleep. I answer and get nothing. How can I stop them without turning off ringer.
