My parents got a call from this number looking for me.  Fortunately, they did not give out my number - but I don't want them receiving any more calls.  They said they were an attorney and needed to reach me.  How do I get them to stop?

They called my next door neighbour looking for me, how humiliating is that?  It was a recorded call.  I think that it's a "zombie" debt collector, lol.

These people have called me numerous times.  When I look at the caller id, I see "Toll Free Number" and below that "1--800-460-6141".  We don't answer such calls, and up to now, they **** up after my answering message comes on.  The last couple of times they've called, they've left a recorded message saying so****ing like "This call is from a law firm, not a sales or marketing company.  If Shirley Payne will call 1-800- blah blah blah, we have an important message."  It would seem that they're trolling for anybody with my last name in the hopes of finding a ****er who'll call them back.I have never heard of anyone named Shirley Payne.Thanks for any help you can offer.

I also have had these lowlifes calling and trying to trick me into paying off some, unsubstantiated, past 'debt'.  When I told them to send me the orig debt information along with the this "one-time offer" to settle. All they sent me was some bogus information that stated a debt was owed by me to some bank I have never heard of.  When I called back to tell them to *****. I was transferred to a 'supervisor' who played the game even better. They used to call themself Federal Credit yada-yada-yada, and now it's, "an attorney's office"  Same Sh*t Different Day.

These people first told me they were Federal Pacific somebody then after months of not answering the call they s****ed saying they were a law firm at the same phone number! Calling on a paid off bill from 6 years ago! They are a joke!

they call and leave a taped message, says they are NOT sams club or a telemarketer.  claim to be an attorney and even mis*****ounces my name.  My EX probably has a lot to do with this....   If it is a su****ious number I just dont answer.

A family member kept getting harassing phone calls from this number claiming that they were a law firm looking for me.  When I called them back, they answered "Hello," no law office name or anything.  He found my account by looking it up with the phone number that they have been calling.  They claim that I owe on a past due account and that they have not yet reported it to my credit report and won't if I just pay them the original balance minus all penalties.  This is a debt I already have paid off, and is reflected in my credit report.  Don't trust these people, it is a scam!

I am being HARASSED by these people who are nothing but crooks operating a fraudulent debt collection agency. They somehow got access to my personal information from an OLD debt that was PAID IN FULL in 2008 and are attempting to rip me off by scaring me into believing I still owe the bill in whole or in part and they will agree to a lesser amount in an effort to "settle" the debt.  If you get a call from these crooks, ignore it, report it and block there number!!

Called and said I owe them money, but they don't know my address. All they know is my name and phone. They are not an attourney's office, they a debt collection call center. Just insist that they prove the debt in writing. And that your current address hasn't c****ed for years, and all your valid bills have your address!
