yea it must be some sort of scam... we're in a time and an age when trying to get someone to pay back money they owe is a scam. why do u need to call an 800 number with your phone number blocked, they already have your number, grow a sack, honestly even if it was a telemarketer, are you that scared of them? its collectors calling. when they call they usually have a reason, trust me, its not some sort of scam thats best to ignore, unless you always run from your problems, if thats the case then keep on running. the reason no one aswers is beacause alot of people owe some money now a days. who isnt in collections?

I am also having the same problem, I keep calling them back but all I hear is a recording and I will stay on the phone for 20 min to 40 min then I give up. I have no idea who they are.

Trying to sell so****ing but not identifying what it is.  Must be some sort of a scam.  Best to ignore.  The number that they give for a call back is 1-800-465-0379 but there is no one answering when I call with my number blocked (*67)

I am having the same problem with them, shifty company. I would like to report them to the Better Business Bureau but I don't have their contact info.

Keeps calling, very annoying, auto announcement with male voice say it's NCO Financial and it's regarding a personal financial matterRepeated # to call back and Reference # but no name etc.Don't know who these people are but they obviously have the wrong #
