Leave a CommentSay they are HSBC... sound like a debt collector and are asking for my husband. Offered to give them his cell number to reach him since he's at work and they didn't want that. Wouldn't give me any further info or specify what credit card. Took their number to call back. It prompts you to enter your card number. We don't have a card with HSBC. Hit # for a rep... said "system is updating... please call back later" VERY STRANGE!!!

Call 7 to 10 times per day even though our phone number is listed on the National Do Not Call List. --hm
they call everyday at the same time asking for someone who is not home at the time, when asked to leave a message they refuse and **** up, THey have been told on 10 occasions to call at different hours to get in touch with the desired person, but the problem persists, to this date we have no idea who is calling....
