Automated mesage from Dynamic Recovery Solutions, trying to collect a debt. If you are not **** ***** disconnect now. Which I did because I'm not the "droid lol" person you are looking for. They also called using wireless numbers with no area code being displayed. This one 406-3635 was an automated message trying to collect a debt, call back at 1-888-355-4335. They also called from 406-3665, this was a real guy who left a message from Dynamic Recovery Solutions a debt collection agency. Call back number of 1-888-356-8021. I have already told these people they have the wrong number. I've had this "awful" number for like 2 yrs now & all I get are collection calls for the people who had it before me. It's infuriating that there is no way to stop this. Where is the justice for the innocent people who have to deal with this.

Continually calls here with automated messages for the last person who had this landline number, getting really annoyed and want my service provider to block this number. It's a harassing collections agency that is getting nowhere by calling me 5000 times a day instead of the intended target.

Harassing phone calls..

They keep calling for someone named Christy. I have no idea who this is and they won't quit calling.

I receive this call each morning requesting that I call back Mon-Fri.  Initially a heavily accented female voice then the office hours are provided. The subject of the call is not provided.

I just got the same call as described by Aaron. Half of the message was garbled. A scam for sure!

I get a call once a day from 1-800-466-5259.It is a recording saying hours are from ? then the #.I can never get to talk to anyone.If you get a call from this # dont even anser it,maybee it will stop after time.Who ever it is is a idiot for sure

Yep.  The lady leaves the same message "this is office of..." We all know the message.  I have no idea why they are calling and who the heck they are.  I have tried several times to call back but no sucess.

This recorded female voice calls at least 10 times a week, now  for over a year, leaves the number 1-800-466-5259 and says to call, says this is from the office of scott windsor..It never asks for a specific person, or gives any reason for the call.. My caller Id shows that its unavailable name, but gives the number.. I do not answer the phone to anything that comes up unavailable or private or that I dont recognize. Nor do I answer to someone that doesn't ask for a named person or state their business.. This is harrassment and I am on the National call registry, but if it's a debt collector, they say that that doesn't count on the registery.. Would you believe that they just called now while I was tying this?

I used to live in NYS, now I live in California. They called my cellphone 6:25AM this morning. It's a freaking Sunday. And of course when I call them there is no option to leave any kind of message whatsoever. How do we get them to stop? I'm desperate?

yeah i just got a call from a guy named mr. newman gave me this number but didnt find it on white pages reverse look up. he was also talking kind of down to me since all i was doing was "taking a message"

Same story here.  The "Office of Scott Windsor" calls my cell about twice a week, for the last (many!) months, at any - all hours.  I certainly would appreciate any insights as to how to make this stop.

these people are unreal.  they call at all hours of the day repeatedly and then when you try to return the call no one answers.  i finally got through to someone at mercantile adjustment bureau's rochester office and they were looking for someone i had never heard of.  they indicated they would remove the number from the database but we will see.  they should be a law and probably is but they choose to ignore it.

I also get calls from this number!  I called it back and left a message threating to call the Do-Not-Call registry since I am on the list and they still call me.  They call literally twice a week.  How do you report so****ing to the registry.  I live in NYS... may think about contacting the attorney general's office if this doesn't stop!

These bozo's have actually called my NEW cell phone #, nearly 20 times looking for estelle, sometimes, and roberto, others. I am neither, and know neither. However, after telling them thiey are wasting their time calling my number....;their caller "exec" named Andrew began yelling and swearing at me. T^ough people, 2000 miles away behind a desk. Have had to contact my local senator (who happens to be my brother) and he is now dealing with the NY state attorney generals office. Not surprising that a s***my mortgage hound owns this s**t.

March 2008- We keep getting calls from Scott Winsor, a***n it is just  a recorded message.  We are also getting calls from Allied Interstate, another colleciton agency with a bad reputation.  We always pay our bills on time and have no idea why they are calling.  We are not answering their calls at this point.

These people have been calling me for months.  Sometimes they use the office of Scott Windsor story and other times they say they are from Mercantile.If anyone knows of any way to get these people to stop calling, most recently on a Sunday, I'd like to know.

These people call early in the morning on weekdays and this time they called us on Sunday around 1:00pm.  It is always a recording asking us to please call the office of Scott Winsor or so****ing like that.  We don't give out our number and we know it is not a bill collector.  I called the number back and a recording said 'Due to our high call volume we are unable to answer the phone.  Please leave your name and number...'. I don't think so.

We are a mortgage company, we recieved this call on Sa****ay 25 Aug, 2007 at 3:02pm. I am not going to call them back because they did not say why i should return the call. It was a ma****e that made the call.
