This is a serial fraudster with a long history and many aliases. He indeed does represent many companies, all fraudulent. His alias and fraudulent companies are****ociated with several other professional internet fraudsters that have been the subject of lawsuits, etc. I recommend you give the links below to your credit card company so that they know how much this group is costing them so that maybe they'll actually do so****ing about them. An experienced spyware fraud blogger has been tracking this group's many scams for some time. Give your bank a head s****.

Although its free-ware, Malware got rid of most of the individual bs that came with this trojan. Just run the scanner, and let it complete itself. Even if error messages come up, it will continue to run just move these errors to the side until it is finished. Norton could not get the initial worms ****ed, it took newer free-ware to wipe most of this out, before Norton ****ed it. Be careful your not swit****g out a lion for a bengal tiger though.
Look guys, to nip this problem in the bud so to speak. For those of you who paid for the software via credit card, or account number. Try s****ing with your credit card companies, and bank accounts or your paypal for instance. What your looking for would happen to be who withdrew the money. After you have that, not only post his or her name here for us. We help you blackball these people, lawsuits and credit card/bank fraud. Sue for personal grievances, sue for hardware/software replacement. Everyone sue them, try to get your lawyers to blacklist ip addresses and mac addresses and shutdown operations until the court cases are settled. Do everything and more, make sure that if the person does get away with this, he is a broke and disease riddled old-man.Respectfully of course.
*** I am sooo upset,I don't like to be cyber bullied out of my money.DON'T open ANTIVIRUS 2009,my computer is totally useless for the past 2 days,my option according to Antivirus 2009 is pay them....I can't open anything on the net without getting their add,it is blocking any step I want to take.Luckily I haven't payed anything but it looks like it is going to cost me a new laptop & that's plenty of agravation on top of lost time trying to find the file that has infected the ma****e.
A friend with limited English called me to say she was gettng message her computer has infections. I came and saw the slick messages claiming their software would remove these infections. I was reluctant, but she wanted to spend the money to protect her new laptop. She authorized $49.50, and we downloaded the program, and was given message all infections had been removed. The next day they received email from "[email protected]" and confirmed their subscription, showing total charges of $109.85, and the email said they would continue to take an automatic monthly payment of $9.95 for continued product support. Because my friedd had used a debit card, her bank is unable to recover the funds ($109.85). I tried calling the support number 1-800-467-1077 and got recordings, and after being told to leave a message and callback number, got another message saying the voicemail box was full. Beware - Antivirus 2009 is a scam and will infect your computer.
I had installed the virus, Antivirus 2009. I handed them my credit card number and called their toll free number at 1-800-467-1077 and no one seemed to give me real info. I kept getting pop-ups stating that I should get a 'license'. No matter what I was trying to do, as soon as I clicked on the ****on, I went on the application form. Hoping everything was fine, I gave them my credit card number and all the info needed. The next day, I found my entire bank account wiped out. There was $9, 084.95 debited from my account. I am still looking forward to suing those criminals. DO NOT BUY ANTIVIRUS 2009!
Same issue as the others. This XP antivirus 2008 installed a worm on my ***her's computer and then 'scanned' the hard drive and told him he had 40+ viruses, even though his REAL virus scanner only showed(and addressed) 2. It kept bringing up pop-up windows claiming his hard drive was infected and his credit card and banking info was being threatened. He bought the program and when he didn't get an access code became su****ious and we looked up the 800 number that was on the billing statement and found this page. Needless to say we will be calling the bank to reverse the charges and closing out that credit card account immediately. Now all I need to do is find a good scrubber program to get the blasted thing off his hard drive. Any suggestions?

These scams should not be allowed. It looks like a blind website through Network solutions. No responses to "customer service"Name of Markus Simpson, the cartoon character. The phone register is a Barbados prefix.
Received the pop up on my computer for microsoft antivirus 2008, I tried to x out and then cancel but it kept comming back with a differnet note, iand paid the finally accepted it by mistake and then it became worse, I couldn't open any programs with out it, in an effort to clear it I finally accepted it for $49.99 and then tied to go back and cancel it. Constant calls to the number and I have yet to get thru. I had to have it erased fom my system by an expert. I've sent numerous emails to them for my refund but so far no go.
I am a caregiver for an elderly lady, and she was getting ****ographic pop-ups last night when I wasn't working. When I got to work this morning, she told me about this anti-spyware software that popped up during all of the other ads and she purchased it, thinkng that it would help. I had a really bad feeling when she told me this. They advertised the price at $49.95, but they have charged her card $84.95. I am disgusted that people think up scams like this to take advantage of others. What can we do?
The other day my wife experienced big trouble with computer it just went crazy and all kinds of ****ography appeared on the screen ... we didn't know what to do, then all of a sudden an adverti*****t for a company called "Antispywaremaster? appeared with the so called solution to the problem, so my wife charged $69.95 on her card for the application to erase spyware ... they charged her card then cancelled out the $69.95 and then tried to charge it a***n which triggered her bank to call her .... we are remove their software from computer ... we said send us a bill and they said they could only handle payments electronically ... but her bank said that they will not allow that company to charge my wife's card a***n ... they won't offer an address to send a payment ... and the most signicant thing is that the tech called the hous back about 2 or 3 times and nothing registers on the caller id, not even saying unknown or private number!
The supposed customer support line for the scam software XP Antivirus 2008. A real person answers, but they will not tell you what the company name is or address. They say they offer customer support for 130 different software companies, but will not give any real [email protected] is the e-mail address.
