I just got off the phone with my credit union.  There was a fraudulent charge on my credit card statement for $9.60 with this phone number attached to it.  My credit union said that it was an electronics company, and she has seen the number before.  It's a complete fraud.  Keep a good eye on your credit card transactions!

I was charged $9.55 on my credit card by these people. They are total scam artists. Sept 3rd. All I can remember is maybe I answered a call and asked them to stop calling me. Somehow they had my credit card number and phone number possibly. I had to close my credit card and open another one.

My credit card was charged $9.55 Sept 3rd - "System Development 800-473-7023 CA". My credit card people said it was a charge to an electronic store. This is total fraud! W***ver these people are - are scam artists. I had to close my credit card and reopen another credit card. I have no idea who these people are, but from the looks of these complaints - they are criminals!

I received a few calls today from. I finally answer the phone, then an automated voice states that they have an important message a couple of times and finally ****s up on me. By looking up the telephone number online, it turns out to be Countrywide. I do not have a loan with Countrywide, so I have no idea why they are calling.

These people call regularly to my home number, attempting to collect a bill owed by a Douglas Conners. Douglas is deceased. My wife and I have repeatedly told this collection company that this has been out number since 2005. But they still keep calling. **** they are ******!

Call at unlisted number, Country Research Corp. About credit problems I do not have. Toll free call back is.

Did they ever stop they just s****ed here.

I got a call from a family member saying that this law firm is calling their extended family, who I don't even know, about an investigation on me. The same day, they are contacting my extended family - but not me directly. I'm not sure who they are or what they want and haven't received any mail from them either. Should I contact them? This is completely embarrassing that they would call my family's family members.

recieved calls from this number the last 3 weeks.. i eventually called back as i was very irritated with their long messages.. i called and asked to speak with 'Janis'.. a woman by the name of 'Monica' answered and stated that 'Janis' was just a "recording".. i requested her not to call a***n and take my number off her call list.. she proceeded to inquire and request me to verify personal information, which i declined. I am reporting this # to do not call lists..

Got a charge from this number for $9.60 on my credit card. Under merchant it's listed as System Development. It's apparently based out of CA and my bank said it was registered as some sort of online electronics store.   I had them close my account for fraud.

Simply tell them do not call me at my home number, work, number. Under the fair debt collection act, they must stop once you say do not call

This is a numbe for****ociated Recovery Systems. They are a collection agency that breaks all sorts of rules. They need to be stopped. Please make sure you contact your State Attorney General, file a report with the FTC and with the BBB

Claims to be an investigator and threatens to put us in jail if we don't pay off a debt that WE NEVER has in the first place. Funny guy.

Number ) came up on caller ID on my work phone but I was unable to answer. A voice message of 6 seconds of what sounded like a call room in the background was left.

They call here every day, sometimes twice while I am at work. When I was home during one phone call, the recording stated it was Fifth Third Bank and they would call me back at a more convenient time. Convenient for whom?? According to my caller ID they called back about 30 minutes later when I wasn't available. So much for the national do not call list!

They call at least twice a day! When I answer, no one is there. Very annoying!!

Report them to/File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

My office receives calls from this number between 5-10 times a day, each one ****ing up. I called them back, and it is a telemarketing company. I just politely asked them to take us off their phone list, and they did.

I received a charge on my debit card from System Development in Ca for $9.55.  I have no idea what this is.  I called the 800 # listed with the transaction and it was just an answering ma****e asking me to leave a message.  I have no outstanding debts so I don't know why a bill collector would be charging me.  I called my bank to freeze my account.

This is number wont quit calling me. Two days in a row what can I do to make them stop? Who are they?

I keep receiving calls from. It is an automated voice that says to hld the phone while they connect me. I'm never connected to anyone and the calls continue.

Continually calls my cell # but never leaves a message, very anoying since this is a new number to me.

got one myself. Since I am female and list my number under a male name they sure have the wrong number.. just a this is about a credit card debt and I'd better call this number.. they give as but show on caller id as . Glad I checked them out.. they may be in for a surprise if they call a***n

We have been receiving calls from this number for about a week. Calling all the time. A very rude person asks for someone we have never heard of. They think we are lying. We have never had a Cap One account. I called Cap One and it is indeed their outbound collections number. Call cust service and tell them to research your phone number and take it off the account it is attached to. . Good Luck

They've called three times in two days already, at any and all random times, and have never left a message. I would like them to stop calling.

Keeps calling. Wrong person. Told them to stop calling. Just ignores me. Same person. "This is Mr. Hill calling for Mr.*** or your attorney for impending business decision. Blah blah blah." Unknown ID. If you have a land line, phone company is able to reject unknown ID. Does not work for a cell which I have.

I received a call at work from a Drew Marino. He said that he was calling on behalf of a visa bill. I couldn't talk to him, so I asked him if I could call him back during my break and he said if that is what you feel you have to do, but he was marking my account as refusing to pay. How can they do that just because you ask to call them back

This number is a bill collecter. Michael Brown called me at work on, and talked to my****istant manager. He told her, so****ing about sending out a marshall and he knew my boss name. He gave out his phone #. I called him back, he was rude and would not let me talk. He said he sent my name to the IRS and that my credit score would go down 150 points. When I gave the phone to my husband, he **** up. Then he called back 2 more times and ***g up when my husband talked.

comes up as, Account portfolio. Some guy named Alan Wolf s****ed asking questions about my Mom. DSo NOT talk to these people!!!
