Got a call from CCB very rude girl in the middle of the tryin to figure out what was going on she transfered me to somoene else.  i informed the girl that i  needed to get with my debt managment program and figure out what was going on and she said she didnt care what was going on with that she needed payment today or they was charging it off

Got a call from these folks and the caller asks for De***,. I asked Who? She repeated it and I told her she was at work. She then immediately s****s rattling off an 800 # to call her back. She then asks if she can reach De*** by mail, at some address I've never heard of. I told her "no". She then asks "Are you her Spouse"? I am. "Does her SSN end in ****?" No, not even close."Oh, never mind, tell her to disregard this call".Collection agencies and thier ilk are pariha. They provide no meaningful service to society.

THey keep calling asking for someone who does not live here even after we tell them this every single day.

She called my mother, looking for my mother in law, which they do not speak. Wouldnt say where she was from or why she was calling..was very rude

Received a phone call from "Jerry", w2ho refused to provide his last name or the name of his company. When I noted the caller ID and called the phone number, a fellow named "Bill" answered the phone and provided the same information - he was from a small comapny in Springfield. When I pressured him for more information, he provided the address as 5300 South Sixth Street, Springfield, Illinois 62703.

Pursuant to my message left earlier today, I spent some time doing some research and have some information to provide regarding that mysterious phone number; 800-473-8117. The name of the compaly is CCB Credit Services, street address is 53300 South Sixth Street, Springfield, Illinois 62703. The regular phone number is (217) 786-4800, the President of the Company is Ron Krech, and their FAX no. is (217) 529-7185.

This also is a collection agency.  But they flat refused to give me the name of their company.  But were more than happy to give me their name, number, and extention. They also aren't getting the message that I have no contact with my ex.  If they call a***n tomorrow I am going to insist on their company name and to speak to a supervisor.  Seeing as they have my number fair is fair.

Well, Chris I am sorry that happened, but just so you know we are under very strict laws that govern everything we do. And maybe just maybe your boss was asking questions that WE CANNOT answer. Most people dont like the fact that we cant answer questions we cant even give out our Co. Name and become very rude to us. Maybe if you call, you can figure it all out.Thank you Peter we do try. We "collectors" have a bad rep. but we aren't bad people, just people who have to go to work, pay bills, take care of everything at home. We Truley Have To Chase the Almighty Dollar.

The individuals that I have spoken with at CCB have been very kind and have helped me tackle some of the financial problems I have had.  If you cooperate with them when they call, they will help you just as they have helped me.

someone from this number has been calling my mother, which whom i have not lived with for over 11 years. wondering how they even got her number and why they wont call me directly.

Credit service called my ex-boss was very rude. Looking for me I have no clue who they are or what they wanted.
