Leave a CommentThey called my son, who is an independent adult living on his own in another city, trying to collect a debt on me. Why in the world would they call my adult son? Who are these people and why not call me directly?
Didn't answer the phone. Called at 8am on a Friday and did not leave a message. Even if you're a collection agency- a professional business will leave a message saying the name of the company and leaving a call back number.
Calling day and night. No message or info left.
I have my phone set to fax and that is what they get I pick up when it is someone I know
It is Encore Receivable and they don't say anything when I called the number back they asked me to put my phone number in yeah like that's happening.
Keep calling over & over, never leave a message & when I answered didn't say anything then ***g up.
I should've known, the reason this place called is because they are a debt collection agency called Encore Receivables. I really don't have much of a complaint other than I just don't like debt collectors. Ended up they weren't looking for me anyway, because I pay my bills. I just wish everyone else with my name did the same, then these *****s wouldn't be finding me.

I get this 1-800 474-6138 phone call alot on my cell phone . If I don't know the caller I don't anwser. They never leave a message
800-474-6138 called and the RECORDING very threateningly said "this is not a sales or courtesy call, you must return this call" Rude. I wasn't born yes****ay.
Called and would not identify themselves
I'm not sure who this is, but they call all the time, leave junk msg. and if you answer, **** up. Ugggh!
Called our business repeatedly asking for someone that leases ****e from us. After giving them their direct number they still kept calling. I asked what they were calling for and they told me to "F" off.
