Leave a CommentUPSET AND TIRED OF THE HARRASSMENTS
The way around this is c****ing the 800 to 888. you can then request your number be removed. There is a Federal and Texas statute dealing w/ unsolicited calls. If you get a call back from them after reporting, you can win a claim a***nst them. I don't have the details on it but it's in violation of the statute. It also might qualify for a harassment claim and/or violation of Interstate Commerce if you're outside the state of TX. Consult legal counsel. Here is information I found by asking some questions.I asked them to transfer me to the CEO and left a message letting him know I was reporting his company and there were several websites complaining about the companie's practices. I did the same for corporate counsel.
