Said they were Bank of the West and that I was over draw and would hold while I got my bank account info! All animated! Bank of west has no idea who it is and all there calls are real people. Had my wife and I first and last name, then press 1 or 2 to see which one of us it is. then enter your zip code, the enter your bank info
