No idea who this d***hit is, but he (Roger Thompson) called me at 10 AM.  2 PM.  then a***n at 7 PM.  I'm moving out of my parents house soon but this is still bu***hit.  I hope they do so****ing about it。

Calls from this number come daily to our home and through a pre-recorded message state that we need to call them do to an urgent matter that they need to discuss with us.  They do not leave a company name or give any information about this urgent matter.I find this to be a form of harassment and very annoying that they continue to call and interrupt our personal time with a pre-recorded message.

I am constantly getting calls from this #.  I did call it back and someone did answer, it is a company called Naitonal Enterprise Systems.  They are very rude.

I've been receiving these calls for months. I called and was finally able to speak to a live person. This is a collection agency looking for someone with the same first initial and last name as mine. This is how my number is listed in the telephone book. They told me that they would remove my number from their automated calling list.

Here is so****ing different.. My CID shows up as 555-555-0190, and then Roger Thompson leaves a message with an important business matter, and to call 800-490-0038 for resolution.

Calling my phone and requesting info. I want to press charges for harrassment if possible.

We get this call as well in OHIO. My husband got ahold of someone, when he said he wanted to be taken off the list the woman ***g up on him.. this happened three times.  After the third call, the woman told my husband that she would not take us off the list and to "get over it".  I'm appalled.  I am going to take the advice of Stray Dog and call the Attorney General next.

keeps calling, when you return the call you do NOT get anybody to talk to nor can leave a message. national enterprises is the company that answers the phone I WOULD LIKE IT TO STOP!!!

"Roger" is bothering me too.  Thought you'd all like to know that i'm requesting that the New Mexico Attorney General's office look into this SCAM.  I suggest you all do so as well--file written consumer fraud complaints with your AGs and they should take over.Good luck.

Calls almost daily. I believe it's related to a dispute with T-Mobile that is over two years old with no resolution. An official investigation is underway with CPUC, but T-Mobile still sends to collections even though they've been told not to. Never use T-Mobile!

right after blocking 800-498-1798 this joker calls me at 490 0038. Why doesent the fcc do so****ing about this

Keeps calling saying he has an important business matter to discuss. Never leaves company name. I will not call back but for almost a month it is everyday sometimes three times a day. I want him to stop NOW!

We receive a call from Roger Thompson at least every day even on weekends. The number he leaves is also 1(800)490-0038. My husband called the number, he asked what kind of business Roger Thompson had to discuss. The person on the other end ***g up on him! If this is a debt collection agency, we have no debts that are behind. How can we stop these calls?

We are constantly receiving a recorded call from Roger Thompson giving an 800 number to call regarding an important business matter. I don't fall for these scams so have never tried to call back. It is getting annoying to the point that we are considering canceling our land line. But then I suppose he will show up on my cell phone. I hope someone goes to jail over this in the end.

Said his name was Roger Thompson, and gave me a number to call. This person calls EVERY night, and I've received thirty or more calls from him. I have a very sick person in my home, and don't need this interruption. Please get rid of him.

Roger Thompson calls me every night around 8PM. I'm on the do not call list, but that doesn't stop this guy. He needs to be put behind bars for invading our privacy.

false idenity...was asked to call Roger Thompson. When I did a woman came on line. I asked to speak to Roger Thompson....I asked the woman what her name was and she said ***ia. I a***n asked to speak to John Thompson, the man who had been calling me several times during the past two months. The woman then said that there was no such person,he doesn't exist and I must talk to her. When I decided to talk to her to find out why I was being called, she informed me that I had a outstanding balance of $700.00. I denied that I owed anything, had never heard of National Enterprise Systems. I also asked her to never call my home a***n. She said they would continue to call. The only way they would stop calling me was I should give her the last four digits of my social number....I finally gave her this info in order to put a stop to all the calls. She immediately ***g up. Later I did some research regarding National Enterprise Systems and learned that had ***dreds of consumers had been receiving threats from this company. This company should be investigated and put out of business.

Has been calling my 12 year old daughter's cell phone repeatedly since November 2008. Leaves message stating he has important business issue to discuss, call so we can get a resolution. Based on the voice mail, I suspect he's calling from a debt collection company, but I can't get through to this 1-800#. Obviously, this company uses very outdated phone records for skip tracing. However, the fact that you can't get through to this company to tell them they have the wrong number and to quit calling violates debt collection laws. Very annoying. Where csn I report this?

Every night I get this call and if I don't pick up there is a voice mail message left. I finally called back the number given on the voice mail and no response - the 800-490-0038. I want them to stop calling and I don't know where to complain.

Same experience as Veronica (11/28/08) had. My answering ma****e has recorded Roger Thompson recorded message since Dec. 2008, and lately "he" calls every day, especially after 5 PM. When I called it back, noone picked up my call. A recorded message saying some thing about payment arrangement. I could not leave voice message to let them stop calling.

"Roger" has been calling almost daily for months. Someone needs to remove his phone privileges.

Same as all the others. He is certainly not part of National Enterprise Services. This is certainly part of some poorly designed fraud scheme

i got a vmail from someone calling themselves Roger Thompson and who gave their number as 800-490-0038. i have no business with this person.

We've been getting calls from "Roger Thompson" at least once or twice a day for the past month, and we are about to go crazy! "He" is a recorded message and has s****ed calling every morning, sometimes before we wake up. He claims to have an "important personal business matter" to discuss with us and gives us the number "1-800-490-0038" to call back. Is there any way we can block his calls without blocking all "unknown" callers? Help!

This was one of a gazillion calls we've received regarding a debtor that's not even at our telephone number. We've repeatedly told these people and others that no one by the name of Terry LaCoste lives here - I guess some folks are just dense.

This guy has left a recording on my phone for months now, I usually don't answer because I know its him now. I am in college, there is no personal business matter for him to discuss with me I guarantee it. Quite annoying

Has anyone had this call from this number? Is it legit? When I call it back no one ever answers and when I have been home to pick the phone up, no one is ever there just a recording.

I receive a call from this number EVERY night. The caller ID sayd INCOMING CALL. No one is ever on the line and a recorded message says it is Roger Thompson and to call this number. When you call the number, you always get a recorded message to dial an extention. You never get a live person and you dont know the company calling......

I have just been called once so far, and before I called the number back I Googled it. Thats how I ended up here. I guess we will see if he keeps calling..
