The phone number belongs to National Enterprise Systems located at 29125 Solon Rd Solon Ohio 44139. They are a 3rd party debt collection company. I have not received calls from them but have had the pleasure of working my end of the collection business on their employees. I have repossessed at least a dozen or so cars from their parking lot in the last 4 or 5 years and have looked for at least a dozen more there. They obviously are a "low rent" company who pay their employees very little. They are not only rude on the phone but their receptionists lack even basic professional office behavior. If you receive harassing calls from them a call to the Solon Police Department at 440-248-2932 should put a stop to it.

A coworker who answered the phone at my job said this about him. he asked if you were there, I said no. then he asked the best time to contact you...i said he should call you at home, and then he says it's an emergency, so I say call her at home, and he is yelling at me and I ask what kind of emergency and he says a legal emergency and demands my name. I told him I do not give out staff numbers or schedules, and if it were an emergency, he would have your home number. and I ***g up on him.

Called saying it was important to return this call immediately. Do not know these rude people

Same complaint as all the other ones....Richard Ross this time, from National Enterprise Systems calling saying I owe thousands of dollars and only wants a credit card or check over the phone....as if I'm gonna send anyone money I KNOW I don't owe....they can call my work and home til their face turns blue, I am not sending them any money....
