you have to send them a written letter telling them not to call u and that you want a debt validation. they called me awhile ago. it was for an old dish network acct. call them back get there address then tell them you are recording the conversation. they shouldn't call anymore

I have been getting calls from this number also, for over two years now. Always looking for "Maria".I actually have real people calling me, not a computer voice generated messages. I actually talked to three different individuals today, all about a minute apart. I called them three times, back to back, and someone answered all three times. All three were very aware of the calls I had just made, so I figure they were all sitting in the same office, house, suite, or wherever they are.They all tried to talk over and though me--but it didn't work, and then they all ***g up on me.I have told them for two years now---there is no Maria here, don't know a Maria. They say they will remove my cell phone number from their records, and it lasts about a month, and then it s****s a***n.I have threatened them with legal action five times now, and the calls keep coming.Does anyone know how to stop them, or do I just need to get a new cell phone number. I hate to do that, it is a business phone and many customers have that number.

I am getting this same message everyday at 8:am they call on the dot. I am getting tired of this .... How do I stop it.

My parents reveived a phone call FOR ME under my MARRIED name at their house today from this same chelsea person with a ref# too.  And I haven't lived there for over 20 years and never under my married name.  So how they****ociated their home phone no for me is a mystery.  I don't owe anyone any money and do not have any collection agency trying to collect any debt that I am aware of.  I would like to call them and tell them not to call my parents house, but if this is a scam, I don't want to give them any more information about me or my parents then they already have! Has anyone ever really talked to anyone from this agency?  I am interested to know more, but not sure I trust calling them.

I am getting the same harrassing phone calls... from "Chelsea". What do we need to do about it? It gives me a number but it sounds like 25370308. I have no idea what it's about, or if the message is REALLY for me because the recording is always cut off.... I don't want to avoid a debt if I owe it, but I have no idea what it's about or how to handle it!

I can Verify the same pattern from Chelsea - now this "front" company: Enhanced Recovery Agency is using Caller ID 1-800-586-0013. Heads up to other honest American Citizens across our great Nation.    Simply gross.

The thing is, they s**** the phone call with a lie. It's NOT Chelsea, it's a computer -- clearly a computer generated voice. I wouldn't object if it was a recording of someone named Chelsea, but it's not. Just be straight and tell us that this is an automated computer calling from XYZ company...

This company (and others as well) keeps calling my number, asking for a guy who I believe never even existed.  I think they simply looked up the phone number for my address (which someone gave them on an application or whatever), and so now they call me, looking for him.  I bought this house three and a half years ago and phone calls from collection agencies, banks, financial ins***utions, etc. s****ed coming almost immediately.  Every time I get one of these calls, which is at least once a week, I explain that I don't believe any such person ever existed, because the person I bought the house from isn't the name of the guy they're usually looking for.  I get calls for about 8 or 10 different names, so I think the couple who used to live here were scamming businesses on a routine basis. This and other collection agencies always promises to remove my number from their records, but within a couple of days they're ringing my phone and leaving messages for this person or that person, several times a day, until I call them back to explain and complain.  Enough already!!!

After they called several times a day, for days on end and never leaving a message on our ma****e, my husband finally answered it. They asked to speak to "Debbie". My husband told them that no "Debbie" lives here or has ever lived here and to please stop calling us... they just ***g up on him and the calls continue. We want these calls to STOP!

They have been calling everyday for months leaving a message on my cell phone. Thank goodness I don't keep it on very often. Keeps leaving a message on my phone stating that if I am not [name] please disregard this information. If I am [name], continue to listen. I am not the person they are calling.

I had the same thing happen to me today but i got a reference number.  the only thing is when i called the phone rang twice.  they said the call would be monitored and used for quality control and training purposes.  then all of a sudden the phone went silent and there was no ring for 5 min.  i finally ****ed up the phone.

Called asking for my ex husband When I said he does not live here.. they ***g up have called many times in last few days.. and they have loud music playing! its quite annoying they need to be stopped!

This company has called me multiple times to collect a debt for a person whom I do not know.  I have returned their calls multiple times and explained that my phone number IS NO LONGER the phone number of the person they are seeking; and that I do not even know the person they are calling for.

FEMALE DID NOT STATE THAT SHE WAS RECORDING THE CALL. THIS IS A REQUIREMENT WITH THE FTC (FAIR TRADE COMMISSION). SHE TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD ALREADY KNOW THAT IT WAS RECORDED.

My husband also receives these annoying phone calls from 800-658-0047 about 3 times a day.  The message is the same as others - Chelsea from Enhanced Recovery Corporation, call 8006580047, reference number 10080478.  Another number also shows up - 800-496-0748.  We never answer them but they are such a nuisence.

I have been having the same problems with them for the last three weeks. I screened their calls the  first two weeks. Then they had a third 800 number so I talked to some guy. But they are looking for someone not****ociated with my cell. So I figured, the phone number is relatively new, less than two years and some poor idiot who owned the phone number before me created a financial mess to go with it. But they continue to call after a break at the end of the month, with all the other details and the other people above are saying about the messages being cut off before they can say there number, as if I am going to reply to them.

These people call my cell phone incessantly.  Same thing as the others with "this message is for ******.   There is never anybody there and I don't know who they are looking for.    I wish there was some way to block calls on your cell phone like you can a land line number.  If anyone knows how to do this or anyway to get these people to stop bothering me, please share.  I've gotten to the point where I screen my calls and if I see this number come up on my cell phone, I just let it ring.
