Received a call from 800-496-4598 on 12/17/2014 at 8:27 PM, CNAM read as "TOLL FREE CALLE." We later redialed the number (anonymously) and heard the following recording: "Thank you for calling ERC. This entire call is being recorded and may be monitored for quality and training purposes. Press one, if you would like to make a payment through our automated system. Press two, if you would like to request a paid-in-full or settled in full letter. Press three if you would like to report a wrong number. Press four to speak to an agent."

Received a call from them, I did not answer and they didn't leave a message. I have no idea who it is.

interesting how they use all sorts of 800 and random area codes. my complaint is they don't leave messages at my 2 numbers which they call all the time. enhanced recovery......please please please quit calling me....thank you!!!

This debt collector keeps calling my dad's house asking for me.  I have know idea how they got my 70 year old ***her's phone number which is VERY upsetting for him. I have contacted them demanding they stop calling his house while I resolve the issue with the creditor, but they won't!

They keep calling my cell phone. When I answer, I hear people in the background and then they **** up. Brilliant people, that's for sure. I suspect it is Chase Bank because I've NEVER and WILL NEVER have an account with them, and yet their collection agency has called me every month in the past asking for the same person with a ****ese name, which is not me.

CALL CAME 11/11/09 8:41 PM ASKING FOR SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT LIVE HERE. THEY SAID THEY HAS BUSINESS WITH THAT PERSON. I ASKED HOW THEY GOT THIS NUMBER THEY TOLD ME PERSON GAVE IT TO THEM. I TOLD THEM TO NEVER CALL A***N AND REMOVE OUR NUMBER FROM THEIR LIST. I HAVE SEEN THIS # ON CALLER ID BEFORE BUT BECAUSE PROVIDER NOT LISTED I WOULD NOT ANSWER. LAST NIGHT HUSBAND SAID YOU MIGHT NEED TO ANSWER THEN JUST **** UP. THERE WAS A SILENCE AND I WAS EXPECTING A RECORDED MESSAGE BUT A LIVE PERSON WAS THERE. I WILL TOTALLY IGNORE  CALLS FROM NOW ON. I AM SURE MY ASKING THEM TO NEVER CALL FELL ON DEAF HEARS FROM THE COMMENTS I HAVE READ. IF I GET ANOTHER CALL IT WILL BE FILED WITH THE ATTORNEYS GENERAL OFFICE IN NC AND FLA.

I answered the call and it said "please wait for an important message from ERC and then cut off." I don't have anything in collections and have had my number for 2 years...so I have no idea why they are bothering me or how they got my number....

I've recieved calls from 800-496-4599 amd 800-496-4598 for about 2 wks now. I cannot get through calling back on either of these numbers. I did a google search for ERC (enhanced recovery company) and got their home page (1st listing). I apparently called after hours 8-5 EST, but I did leave a courtious message. besides email addresses list on their contact link. Their main number is 800-617-0049.   Also I am registered with www.donotcall.gov and have advised them that any further unsolicited calls from them will be reported.

I got a call from this number saying that they were Enhanced Recovery Corp (debt collector).  The message said it was a person named Chelsea but the rest of the message was computer automated.  Gave a number to call back and reference number.  The big problem was the "message" s****ed before my voicemail so no way of telling who they were calling for.  Googled this "company" and turns out there are some lawsuits a***nst this company and they have various 800 numbers that they are calling from with different stories.

They have been bothering me for 4 months now! I shouldn't be the one they are looking for.

They called me three times today. And I keep telling them they got the wrong person!!!

the company is calling me daily 1x/day around the same time.  just a message and no live voice.  erc.  how does one get these ****s to stop calling?  it's not for me, in fact I never get a name.  after it calls and mentions erc the call ends.

This number has called me twice. Left a message saying they were a debt collector. I've had this number for two days.

Calls begin at 8:ooa.m. until 8:30p.m. They are calling for someone who had my phone number before I recenly received it!  constant calls. they say, the persons name and that that person needs to call them bac**** They have a serious at***ude! I have had to turn off my answering ma****e and phone ringer to not have to hear these constant calls. It seems like some low life collection agency caller.800-496-4509
