Received a call from them, along with many closely related numbers, which I****ume is form the same place. They do not leave a message and I do not answer calls from any number that I do not know. I block each number as it comes in.

call everyday this week and never leaves a message.

3 calls in less than 10 minutes. If you have an android cell phone download blacklist or w****eyou and you can ditch the calls without it even ringing to stop the annoyances!

You can call the number back and delete your number from their listings.

800-496-4599 and 800-576-2046  are both from Enhanced Recovery Corporation.They are collectors for T-Mobile a**** others.

Thanks for posting this contact number.  I was getting these annoying phone calls all the time for an Archie Smith and I didn't know how to stop this.  Very grateful for your help in solving this nuisance.

They called 9:13 this morning. 15 Feb 10. It was for someone that use to live here. They are Enhanced Corp. LOL They are being sued.

I've recieved calls from 800-496-4599 amd 800-496-4598 for about 2 wks now. I cannot get through calling back on either of these numbers. I did a google search for ERC (enhanced recovery company) and got their home page (1st listing). I apparently called after hours 8-5 EST, but I did leave a courtious message. besides email addresses list on their contact link. Their main number is 800-617-0049.   Also I am registered with www.donotcall.gov and have advised them that any further unsolicited calls from them will be reported.

Keep getting cell phone calls from this company for someone I don't even know.  I just emailed them to cease and desist after I found out the number belongs to Enhanced Recovery Corporation, a collections service.  Address: 8014 Bayberry Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32256.  Email: erccollections.com  Phone # 800-617-0049.  Will follow up with a written letter.  Hope this helps someone else bothered by a wrong number!

This is a collection agency fishing for people who will fall for their phony collection stories.  I have had numerous types of these companies calling my cell phone for the last couple of years. I don't answer any 800 or 888 number or any number I don't recognize. They are just waiting for you to pick up the call so they can convince you that you owe money. IF they give you a name that is not yours they are using that as an excuse to call you. If they tell you your phone number is connected to the person that owed money that is a lie too. They will not tell you what the debt is for and they will never have your name unless you give it to them. They do stop calling after a week or so if you don't pick up your phone.

recorded message stated they are collection agency/service but it was not for me so I never called them back.  They (it) left some prerecorded message on my voice mail but I don't know how they got my number.  Maybe it is just a wrong number entered into a computer.

We have many 800 numbers calling our phone. When we answer there is a dial tone or dead air. This is one of those call...I answer the phone and there is NOTHING on the other end!! Very annoying. We are getting collection calls for the people who had this number prior to us (which is a year old)....but I answer all calls when I'm home, so that these collection agencies will stop calling us! It works for a bit, then they call us a***n...and I have to go thru the whole thing a***n!
