Calls and leaves no message

The company that keeps calling is Credit Management Control, they are a debt collection agency so unless you have a T Mobile bill you never paid, Walgreens returned check, unpaid utility bill or skipped out on your rent or home loan they probably have a wrong number and unless you pick up the phone or call them back and let them know they have a wrong number they have no idea. If you get a answering ma****e tell it your name and the number with area code that they keep calling and to please stop call. If they continue to call that means you are probably the person they are looking for. Do not call list does NOT apply to these types of companies since they are collecting on validated debts. They are not telemarketers or soliciters. If you are the person they are looking for and want the calls to stop you must submitte that request in writting. If you can get a person on the line all you have to do is ask for a mailing address or fax number. Ask for your referance number so include that in your letter. Most of these debts they are collecting on are three to four years old. They are a third party collection agency.

This number keeps calling and i have picked up but i get a recorded message saying to call back with a reference number. I called it back and they were looking for someone I have never heard of before i told them as much and they said sorry and they would remove my number. A week later the calls s****ed a***n and once a***n i told them i was not the person they were looking for and did not know who they were looking for and was told my number would be removed. A month later the calls s****ed a***n. Finally I just told them i was they person they were looking for and found out that they are called Credit Management Control and the person they were looking for had a debt with T Mobile from like 3 years ago finally told them i had heard the name wrong and that i was not that person. They said sorry and they would remove my number, told them this is the third time they have told me as much and the lady got all mad at me cause i claimed to be that person and that that information was personal and it was wrong of me to say i was someone when i was not. Told her that you guys keep calling me and hae told you on three seperate occasions that they have a wrong number and i still keep getting calls. Wanted to now what was so important that they would keep calling even after telling them they had a wrong number. I have not gotten anymore calls.
