They are calling for someone with a different last name. I answered on an old dial phone in the garage. Couldn't talk to anyone at that time and this is the second time they have called in the last week. It is like Sally Mae who finds the nearest match even if going by first name only. They rot!!!!!

Called my and my husband's cell phones repeatedly; stated he owed them over $4,400 for an 11-year-old debt. I requested debt verification four separate times; they faxed a letter stating my husband "agreed to pay" the debt - NO WAY! This account is nowhere on his credit report; this company is garbage! Had to file complaints with both the FTC and FCC before the calls would stop - they actually stated, "You owe us money, we're not going to stop calling until you pay" which is completely illegal!

Called for someone who has never lived at this address. Did leave a message, with an account/case number. I will not waste my time with these automated calls. Message said they were Monarch Recovery Management.

Called my cell phone aboit 6 times...I called to complain and they asked for my number so they could remove me from their calling list. They asked me if I knew a "Coutrina" and I said NO, remove me from your list! They call several times in the morning, afternoon, and evening. when I finally do pick up phone, either there is no answer at all and they **** up and call a***n or ask for someone with same last name saying they are looking for this person and to give them a message to call. I tell them I don't know the person then they threaten me, they claim to be with the federal government on one call, police on the next. Repeatedly calls -- does not leave message. I do not answer calls to people I don't know as my number is similar to a local gynecologist and you simply cannot believe some of the things people tell me, even when I tell them they have the wrong number.

This caller calls everyday just after 8am when I am trying to sleep.

This company must have a LOT of phone numbers as I have received calls from a number of their locations. Don't fall for this. They are bottom feeders that won't leave you alone even after you tell them on the phone to stop calling.

She asked a***n for one of the same names as before. When I replied I was not the person , nor did I know the person, I was told my number would be taken off the list.

This is a collection Agency in Philly called Academy Service. They will keep calling until you file a complaint with the attourney generals office in PA. It works and is easy. PA.GOV and get your revenge !! This company is well known for their criminal tactics and are being persued by many agencies. Add your complaint today.

I am not sure who this is, but I refuse to answer the phone if the caller ID states it is an unknown caller. They s**** calling at 8:00 in the morning then let it ring 4-5 times, then they **** up and call right back.. This continues all day up until about 9:00 at night.. Even on weekends.

Automated caller every morning at 8 am indicating calling for my son who has not lived with me for over 20 years. Indicated to press 1 if I was the person they were calling and 2 if not. Pressed 2 and they continued to call every morning at 8 am with same routine. I called the number listed on my caller ID and talked to a rude **** who claimed he had the right to call my number because my son gave this to them. I contacted my son who was outraged at such a call and indicated that he has NO outstanding debts and does not give my phone number for contact. I have filed a complaint with the National and Wisconsin no call registry.

I called this number back. Found out that it was for my old roommate. This is a collections agency but it's the number for what's call the skip trace department. They won't be able to disclose the information to anyone other than the card holder but it's basically the collections people trying to locate the person who isn't paying their bill. My roommate has since moved but this address is the last known address they had for him and thus with the house number being attached to it, it is what they had to work with. Though if you do not know the person they are looking for and request to have the number removed they should technically do so.

They kept calling me even though I told them the person that they were looking for does not live at the residence anymore. This is illegal practice under fcc rulings. Each time they call do***ent it and call a lawyer. For each infraction you can sue for $1000.00

The man told me that he was collecting a debt that was in mine and my sister's name from September 2003 in the amount of $106.00. I asked him 3 times what the debt was and he would not tell me. I figured it was a hoax since my name was supposedly on the debt and he wouldn't tell me what it was I ***g up on him. When I called the number back a recording answered didn't reveal the company name, stated that all represenatives was busy with other callers or I had reached them after their office was closed.

These people are ruthless and also use the number 866-860-2708.  They told me that they would remove our number, but it has not happened....My number is also the number of three other people, none of which are know to my family.
