I have placed a trial offer for this product and have received it but they keep charging my card $ 59,95. The phone number rings twice then ****s up. I cannot cancel this.

i placed a free-trial order thru acaiberryzen.com, tried to call this number (listed on the disclaimer) to cancel it yet it kept ringing and ringing then got disconnected. it is a scam for sure. live and learn! i will cancel my credit card to be sure.

I just filed a complaint with the FTC. Perhaps if some more of you did we can get these scammers stopped and shut down!!

I waited for some time as caller #12. When I got to be the next customer, you could hear them cut me off. It happened every time. This web site had a "terms and conditions" that we should have clicked on @ the bottom. It disclosed that they would charge us $59.95 two weeks after receiving the product if we didn't cancel. I doubt that you could have cancelled since you can't get in touch with them. I ended up contacting my bank who said they will follow up as far as possible fraud complaints since I never got more product and they kept my money. I cancelled my card. It's the only way to stop this. The attorney general's office will eventually get in on this. A lesson well learned!

An amount was charged to my debit account. I contacted the Idaho BBB bureau and filed a complaint on-line. I received an e-mail from the scammers today stating that my "account" has been closed with them. The BBB also followed thru contacting me today as well asking if I was satisfied with the scammers response. The more people that complain to the BBB the more likely these scammers will be shut down. They were quick to respond after I filed my complaint. Forget trying the # - it too, is a scam.

Yep, we've been scammed! I can't believe people can be so deceitful. The # 800-509-7091 has a ma****e telling you to wait for someone to take your call. You know they're not going to answer because they took your $. I cancelled my credit card # to get them off my back. I don't think there's any other way.

Can not reach them. Incorrect email. Charge your credit cards without authorization and no products arrive. Cancel your card to stop them from charging for those who tried to reach them but can't and go to your bank to dispute the charges.

I have had the same problem. They billed my credit card for $59.95. Call and cancel your credit card. Then they can't bill that card anymore. That is the only way to stop them from billing you anymore. I also filed a claim with my credit card company. They are going to be investigated. Good luck to everyone with the same problem.

I did some research on-line in regard to the Acai Berry fiasco I managed to get myself mixed up in. It is a company - Specialty Fulfillment Ctr. LLC After going to the BBB website it is BBB accredited. Imagine that? The BBB provides a "prin****l" you can contact. I tried that person at that number and no one answered. I then went ahead and filed a complaint with the BBB.

I ordered the trial offer and received it, and now they have debited my account for $59.95. I cannot get through to the number to talk to anyone and says I'm caller 40. This is a complete scam....beware!

I was unable to get through on several different days to cancel an acai order that was made.

They scammed me into buying their product and I have no way of canceling orders!

Couple weeks ago I called Dermitage customer representatives for a purchase and at that time they could see my Acai account informations, and now when i call them back them claim that they never worked with Acai!
