Hello..I work for Wachovia and have my auto loan with Wells Fargo. When I heard Wachovia was merging with Wells Fargo I was soooooooooo ****ed off b/c of how unprofessional they are. And let me tell you, they still don't care that I am a employee of their corporation. They still harass me for being a few days late on my auto loan. So you can imagine my frustration here..I even told the customer service lady I was an WF employee and she was pretty much like "ok and your point!"....They are horrible from A to Z!!

NEVER NEVER NEVER finance anything through Wells Fargo. They are disrespectful will not work with you. I was in the hospital and they called ,my cell telling me that if i did not make a payment they would come and get my car..I was 10 days late because i was in the hospital. I asked for an extension they said no.. they won't help  you when you're down on your luck or take partial payments. I wrote to their corp. offices and did not receive an answer.. gp figure! the powers that be must havve been on the golf course...Their collectors are threatening and rude.  I hope Wells Fargo crashes and burns.

WELLS FARGO AUTO TOLD MY WIFE THAT WE COULD HAVE A DEFERAL BACK IN NOVEMBER. SO WE TROUGHT THAT EVERY THING WAS FIND. THEN THE PHONE CALLS S****ED. I SPOKE WITH ONE OF THE REPS & TOLD THEM ABOUT WHAT THEY HAD SAID ABOUT MY DEFERAL THE PERSON SAID THAT THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF IT. SO I TRY TO ASK IF THEY COULD DO IT A***N. THE LADY ON THE PHONE WAS VERY RUDE SHE TOLD ME NO. I ASK WHY NOT. SHE COULD NOT GIVE ANSWER. SOMEONE NEEDS TO REPORT THESE PEOPLE TO SOMEONE WITH POWER. IF SOMEONE IN THE WHITEHOUSE IS READING THIS PLEASE INVESTIGATE WELLS FARGO AUTO. THIS BANK REALLY ****S. I FEEL LIKE EVERYONE SHOULD FILE BK OON THEM. THE REPS ARE VERY ******!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE SOMEONE OUT THERE HELP US WITH THIS COMPANY IN GODS NAME. THEY REALY ARE BAD.

KEEPS CALLING EVEN AFTER BEING TOLD THAT THE PEOPLE THEY ARE LOOKING FOR DON'T LIVE AT THIS ADDRESS. TOLD THEM TO STOP CALLING AND WAS TOLD "NO". SO NOW WHEN I SEE THE NUMBER, I JUST PUT THE RECEIVER DOWN ON THE TABLE UNTIL THEY **** UP.  WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO STOP THESE CALLS ALTOGETHER!

They are a royal pain in the a**!!!!!! I get calls from them several times a day. A minimum of 5 a day from this same number. But when you do talk to them to try to ask for help (maybe a deferment of a payment or two) they tell me that we can't help until you pay a payment, Why the***** would I ask for help if I could pay a payment????? A**HOLES!!!

I know that i am 1 and 1/2 payments behind but them calling every day 20 times a day on my cell and my business phone doesn't help matters any. I have the police department tracing and recording my calls because of all the calls. I hoping our business picks up so I can pay them off in full.....

what they do not know is all my calls are being traced by the police department and recorded....

they s****ed calling a***n today first on my cell at 8am and every hour after that and also on my business phone at 8:30 am and every half hour after that. according to my counsel for harrasing collectors 2 calls a day is to much... but 20 plus from the same number is down right harassing and even the same thing on sunday when banks are supposed to be closed....

I didn't think a collector could call on sundays, but they do. It is very upseting and I think they know that and the more presure they put on you the faster you will pay.

Keeps calling 5 times a day. Rings 4 times and ****s up. When answered, all you hear is a "click"

This number calls me every hour! I also get calls from the main Auto number as well. They even call at 10:00pm at night to as early as 8:00! They are rude and frustrating! Don't ever go threw Wells Fargo for Auto or anything else they will drive you crazy!!! Report them ASAP like I did.

They call me from 8am till 9 pm monday through sunday. On cell phone, work phone, home phone, friends and family phones. They are rude and unprofessional. One day late they do harassing phone calls. On my answering ma****e they will say you have 24hrs to reture call at 800-511-1812.

Wells Fargo Auto Finance - Got to be the most annoying people on the planet. They have numerous numbers and will call multiple times a day. This s****s one day after being late. Stay away from them if at all possible! Report these folks to thier State Attorney General for telephone harassment.
