Continually calls my cell, but no one was there the first time I answered. Since then, I've not picked up, and they leave no message.
its a scam. they are trying to collect on old bill. don't matter if you paid it or not, its been charged off and not wanted by anyone other then this company, which buy old bills for penny's on the dollar
This phone number is from HRG (Hospital Resource Group). They do collections work. Never had a collection account before so I looked them up.......

I keep getting these automated phone calls that says to call this number regarding a patient account. There is NO info given as to who the caller or company is. I'm worried it might be a scam of some sort. I finally called the number & still no mention of who they are..just an automated msg stating "You've reached Patient Accts Dept & someone will be with you". No one ever answered. It's very odd not to have the company or client they represent mentioned in these msgs. If it's a legitimate business why not have that info on the msg.
Never leaves a message or information. Always calls at work when I cant answer.
This no. calls frequently and hangs up before the answering machine kicks in.Will report it immediately
Continuous call crom this number
I get a call from this number everyday..but I never answer..but they leave a message ..repeating the number..Now starting this week..they have been calling me twice a day..I don't know how to block a number on my cell..but..if I did..I will defintely block this number..they have really gotten on my nerves
This number has called every ten min since 6:15 this morning. They will not leave a message and will not speak when I answer. Even after I've answered, and they've said nothing, they keep calling every ten mins.
I keep getting these calls, and receive no message. If I do not recognize the number, I do not answer, and if it is important for me to call back, they will leave a message. But it is extremely annoying to get this call 2 or 3 times a week.
called twice 0815 am, 1100am, left no message.
called about 9:30am, was aa recorded message very important message fromparients acct dept. press 9 to speak to rep. called back, said they were unable to take call.
Called about 1030A. Answered on 2nd ring. Recorded msg Patients Acct Dept Press 9 to speak to rep. "Call very important" Answered in order received. Call back at 1100A - unable to take call being transferred to voice mail.

They called today to speak to my husband, but he was at work, then the lady hung up on me. So I decided to call the number back. I spoke with another lady who couldn't give out the hospital's name but she could tell me what it was regaurding. It was for a hospital bill for my son that was already paid!!!! Hopefully they will not call back, but we shall see. Then I will shove the receipt down their throats!!
