This number just called my prepaid VZ cell phone. No one has this number yet (I've had it just over a year, but I don't use it much--prepaid and all), so this can't be for me.I have previously had to straighten out T-mobile for calling my number because one of their subscribers was late with a payment.

This is a collection agency. I know T-mobile uses them.

have been getting calls from this number for the past 3 weeks now.   asking for someone that does not live at this address!  These people are rude and a**holes....very annoying!!!!!!!

What's the point in reporting this person/company is nothing ever comes of it? I never had a cell phone before and when I got a cell phone and cell phone number, I s****ed getting all these calls almost immediately. I know these calls are not for me yet they are so ****** and can't figure that out!

I keep getting calls from this company on my cell phone. They keep asking for someone other then me and do not believe me when I say they have the wrong number. Also at times they **** up on me when I answer. Very annoying!!

Got the same thing from a very snotty woman at Pinnacle Financial who called asking for my partner.  I informed her that we've gotten scores of calls for someone with  my partner's name, but a DIFFERENT ADDRESS and a DIFFERENT SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER (and my partner has a very common name), and the woman proceeded to lecture me on the imm****ity of same *** relationships and that we'd better get our act together and s**** dating women!  (We've been together for three decades.)Just contacted the Texas State Attorney General and reported them.

Don't know who it is, but they are relentless and rude as others have already posted.  I just had to know who the mystery caller is.

They keep asking for a Joanna Stocks. I am not Joanna Stocks and do not know a phone number or address for Joanna Stocks.

It says TOLL FREE CALL on the text and then the number 800-513-6852.  I just didn't answer.

Pinnacle Financial. The woman said her name was Lori. She was actually very polite. But you can tell that her "business" was not legitimate.

I work from home and my business name is Pinnacle Point Financial (not Pinnacle Financial Group). Someone called me today saying that she was given my number after calling back 800-513-6852 and waiting on hold listening to the same message for forever. My business is not affiliated with these people at all. I'm calling that number now (and have been on hold for 9 min so far) to see what's going on.

Pinnacle Financial, scam call from a bogus "collection agency", not us, random call from someone named "al", rude, "i'm writing this down you won't give me the info i want" I told him i was surprised he could write, and ***g up.

I keep getting calls from 8005136852. I never pick up and they always leave me 2 second voicemails that don't say anything. They call at least twice a day.

I am going through a very tought time in my life right now and have been left with a large amount of debt due to my husband. One such bill is for a cell phone that he ran up before running off. Michael and Dianna with Pinnacle Financial keep calling about my debt and demanding payment from me. When I explain my current situation they just tell me that they don't care and tell me how they think I should handle my life. One suggestion was that I should sell my car and s**** walking to find a job. When I ask to speak to his supervisor he refused until I agreed to make a payment. I have enough stress in my life without having to deal with this ****!

I get this call every day.when I do answer, it asks me to press one to continue holding, or call them back during normal business hours.When I follow the prompt, this little girl sounding person asks for "susan". Who I'm not.When I told them not to call any more, "can I speak with Susan" was just repeated.

Calling 6-10 times per day. Seems like a scam.

Called multiple times looking for someone that does not live at my address. This is a collection agency and they have no clue.  They pick someones name that is a close match and transpose phone numbers and address and continue to call.  They are completely rude and arrogant ***ho***

Pinnacle Financial calling a***n.  I blocked the number they used yes****ay, 952-996-0000, so they call today using a different number.  Relentless.  A***n, it was a recording that sounded like a collect call asking for Rachel, so I ***g up.  Mainly because I am not Rachel, and secondly, I will not accept charges for a collect call, just in case it is a collect call.
