It is a company called Focus Receivables Management and most likely a third party debt collector.

Six calls in the past week. ****s up if female answers.

States that I am in collections when I know for a fact that I am not. Argued the point and when I said that I had my account in front of me then ***g up.

It is 11:06 am on a Sa****ay morning and this number has called me four times already today.

This number keeps calling each and everyday like clockwork. I answer and nothing ever happens.

This number is tied to known scammers.  They have a target list with names and will only speak with the individual on the list.  Most of the ****up calls are because the wrong person answers the phone (usually a female).  In our case, the person who they had on their list had fallen for numerous scams before and is considered a good mark.  My wife could not get them to speak up, but when I answered and gave them the correct name, they asked me to make a payment on a Wachovia account.  They were ready to take my account information when I called them on the scam.  The individual was very calm and repeated all the personal information they had on record to convince me they had the right person.  He did not back down when I recited the litany of crimes he was committing by doing this.  They stopped calling for a while, but it has s****ed up a***n.

Calls several times daily, never leaves a message and there's never anybody there if/when I answer the call.

Received 15-20 of these calls over the last week - never anyone on the other line.  Called them, said they were Wachovia.  I got as far as saying my name, and then when they asked for my phone number, I s****ed to get su****ious.  I told them to forget it, when she said "we're going to keep calling you - it's Wachovia."  I ***g up and looked this up.  Hopefully just my name isn't enough to get us into too much trouble - probably more spam calls though...

BE WARNED!!! this phone call has NOTHING to do with Wachovia!!! I have received dozens of calls from this number---**** ups every time, especially when i confront the caller--last one--when he asked for my last name, i replied "you ought to know, you keep calling me!!"  his reply--"have a nice day" and ***g up.I am reporting this number directly to Wachovia on their OFFICIAL 1 800 number!

When I answered they ***g up. I called the number back and it the message says it is Wachovia (no I don't owe them money) don't know why they would call and **** up on me. This is the second time they called me today.

Same stunods are calling me over and over.

This person/company/business continues to call my house 8-10 times a day.  One time I answered and they claimed to be wachovia, but they are not.  Usually when I answer, the phone ****s up.  I've read that some people have called the # back and get "Chris Smith" or a fake company that is pretending to be Wachovia and is actually so****ing called "Focus".  Whatever this # is, it needs to stop NOW.

Called Wachocia, number does not belong to them. Account phisher, DO NOT give out any personal information to said caller per Wachovia.

They call several times a day for over a week now. Usually they **** up. Once I answered it was a recording and then a **** up. Today I asnwered with no reply, but could hear "office" sounds in the background. I called the number and they said it was Wachoiva, to call back during business hours.

We are receiving 8 - 10 calls a day and it's getting old answering the phone when no one is in the other end.

Left a message. Said he was Chris Smith. Ask that I call him back. Didn't say whom the message was for or what it was regarding. And he thinks I'm going to call him back!

These immature people ask for your account options and want to know more about you.

The call just came on my cellphone a few minutes ago. The caler immediately ***g up when I answered the phone. When I tried to call back on a landline, the call would not go through after several attempts.

The # 800.513.9984 has called me repeatedly for 4 days non stop. When I finally answered they ***g up. Later they called back this time asked me if I was Kimberly Lee. I asked who was calling and he kept asking if I was Kim Lee over and over a***n. I told him he was being rude and to please tell me the nature of his business. He told me he was sending me to collections and ***g up. What? What collections. Who are you. Somebody please do so****ing about these rude people.

Call 6-8 times a day and there's dead air...no one there. When I dial the # it says Wachovia Bank but when I hit the '0' it says so****ing Focus group. HELP!

called the number back after 15+ calls to my home and cell phone. they said my account was delinquent but wasnt. they say their system is broken thats why the **** ups. they still keep calling afte 3 atempts to have them stop. no wonder they going under. good for them...i will be withdrawing my savings from them.
