This is in Fact QWest verifying an order placed for services. It is legitimate if you made a c****e or placed an order.

Kate is correct, however I do business with Qwest and I did just place an order. The recorded call says that a call was placed to verify an order and no action is needed if no c****e is required.
Qwest - Says this is to verify an order, but this call was placed to my cell phone, and I do not do business with Qwest. It is an annoying recording which will cut you off without allowing you to talk to anyone.

I have caller ID and I am getting multiple calls from 800, 877, 757 numbers. They never leave a message. I am on the Do Not Call List and find this really annoying.
