If you log the calls and fax them so****ing saying to stop calling you because you are not the person they are trying to reach, you can call an attorney and have them sued. You probably have a case right now if you can prove via phone log, etc. that they continue to call you.  If you have messages from them, you have it in the bag.  I just won a case and got $2000 for them calling me repeatedly.

They either call every few weeks, close to 9 am EST or during the day while I am at work and leave messages on my answering ma****e. They are trying to reach my neighbor but no matter how many times I tell them that I live next door to him and ask them to stop calling my number they still call me and/or leave messages. They must search his last know address and then call me even though my number has my name attached to it and not his name.

Just received a call from this number looking for Chris Ordito at THREE AM IN THE F***ING MORNING. I have been receiving harassing phone calls from different debt collection companies for about a month now, all looking for Chris. None of them seem to give a s**t that I'M NOT F***ING CHRIS.

this company is unproffessional and ******. they call my relatives saying I gave them the number as a work number did you know you can pay your original creditor without any harrassing collection agency. call them or send them a leeter i did it. As they people are not fit to talk to

i received a call from my ex-mother-in-law telling me that there was a phone mssg for me in regards to some one that i dont even know.  i called the number to ask to get her number and my name of their records. the man that answered was very rude, he said he had nothing on me but for me to tell him where this other person was, i tried to tell him that i had no idea who he was askining, he then demanded my phone number and even accused me and my ex-mother-in-law of lyingto him. i asked him to give me a chance to speak since he would not stop talking, he said no so i **** up the phone.

This is discrimation. Unless someone pays to have an unlisted residential number, all 800 numbers should be published.

I received a call on my Job phone from this phone # @ ext 7403, Veronica who proceeded to threaten to send paperwork to my Job to garnish my check.  I called my wife who then called the # and extension and when she asked Veronica why she made the threats, Veronica then proceeded tell my wife that was not true and did she hear her speak those words.  My wife then asked her was she stating that I was a liar and Veronica proceeded to state she couldn't talk to my wife and she was ending the call and ***g up.  I called the number back to speak to a supervisor and was bounced around so many times i gave up.  I am now writing this complaint.

Capital Management... They do collections for credit cards etc. One of them is for CitiCards
