I have asked these people (imperial cruises) to stop calling me and they continue to do so two to three times a day! I am told i won a free cruise Well nothing is For free and i told them that. They are annoying and obviously being nice isnt helping so here i am Thank you

I know this is from Imperial Majesty Cruise Line because they identified themselves as such. I don't know how my unpublished Cell phone number got into their hands. Now, they keep calling me once/week requesting me to claim my "Free" cruise package I have won. How do I get rid of my name from their call list??

Best thing to do when you receive an unsolicited call. go along with the unsolicited caller call them back if asked to waste their time. give them all the wrong information. wrong credit card numbers addresses etc. If we all do this these companies will cease to exist. They will eventually get the message as it will cost them too much time to deal with us.It will cost us a bit of time to do this but it will pay off in the long run.

The name on the account was discontinued over 13 years ago. I normally have a very quiet phone with only a few calls a week. I s****ed receiving these calls for my deceased ***her on 7-30-08 and have received many, many calls ever since, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Many Telemarketers have s****ed calling with the same pretext. "We are returning a request so the "Do not call list" doesn't apply to me." many different numbers call. Since 8-6-08, when I had caller ID and privacy manager installed I have received the following phone calls with **** ups or weird theatrics such as the same person imitating various ethnic accents:

The "Do not call list" was a good thing but if no action is taken a***nst the "The "I'm returning a request" ruse, it will only get worse.Maybe we should s**** requesting our elected officials to respond to their cons***uents and enforce the law.  We passed a law a***nst being phone spammed so let’s enforce it.  All the enforcing agency has to do is go to the phone company, secure owner information (subpoenas are easy) and take action including fining them and pulling the plugI don't understand why the FCC or the FTC or the phone companies that we complain to can't do what we did and look at the number of on-line complaints a***nst specific violators.  We pay taxes and phone bills.All they have to do is call one of these numbers and get on the list. I'm not sure how many civil servants it would take to do this.  It seems like it might be good to have a few knocks on doors by law enforcement and/or the phone company and stop the Ruse of "I'm calling back" with “Do not call list” fines to pay for the effort.My only suggestions are: #1 don’t let them get to you (they love that).  Use caller ID and never answer unknown toll free numbers.  Use call screening and if the call is important they can leave a message.  I am going to keep submitting this same post with each toll-free **** up I get from different numbers.

They have called my house almost everyday, including weekends. I finally called them back and told them to take me off their call list. Yes****ay I listened to their spiel. Then they sent me to Mike who's employee number is 0170 if you would like to call him. anyway I called back because mike was being a little cranky. So i called back about 50-60 times and Mike did mention that i was aloud to call him all day everyday. He said go right ahead. Finally they Transferred me directly to the owners home phone in Florida. His name was Stan. Later on Stan advised me that if I called back that he would personally call the police and get me for harassment charges. I called back and later that evening the police did call and he tried sewing me for harassment charges. I gave that guy such a headache... LOL his company won't be calling me anymore.

What can I do to stop getting calls from this phone #?  I asked them to stop calling me and they just **** up on me repeatedly.

2 calls so far...second time I said "don't give me your spiel, I'm not giving you a credit card number for a free prize." She sent me to the manager who couldn't believe that I didn't trust Ramada. He then got quite huffy.

So being ignorant I did and today they called with their bs askin for my Cc to pay some govt port fees. Nonsense! If it's free why do I have to pay. This idiot got his so called director on the line named Ben who s****ed getting rude and demanding. Even stating that I am being paranoid to question the state of NY. And that he can't call me back and I can't call him back and I had enough time to think it through. With that I said I had to investigate it. He said imperial cruise is owned by ramada. So I told him I work for radisson which is affiliated and he said that ramada is separate and is the 2nd largest hotel chain. These creeps need to be locked up. Don't know how they got my # but I pray they don't call a***n. Not my credit card will they get.

This company called my boyfriend first, then me. They have been calling for weeks and he answered because he wasn't paying attention to the caller id. They offered a free cruse because we entered to win a hummer when we were in las vegas. They gave him all of the details and I was so happy for him. Until i got a call from an 800 number. I get them all the time, my parents have people calling for them. This time I decided to answer and they gave me the same details. They gave me a website :www.myvacationmoments.com and instead of going to the website, i googled it to find it was a rip off. They messed up their own scheme by giving me the email address. I have also learned that it is from ELITE MARKETING, a company that I also googled to learn that they are ***inwashing their employees into thinking it is a serious job. I feel bad for the people who are calling because most of them, from what I have read, don't know any better.

I did sign up to win a cruise. This number is for Imperial Majesty Cruise Lines. I did this through a "Get Paid To" site. I got all excited until they asked for my credit card number. That's when I ***g up. If this trip was all expense paid, why would they ask for my card?

They've been calling for a couple of weeks now.  I usually just **** up on them, but today (after another call) I answered stating "Please dont call me any more", he says "What?" (like he was offended), I asked "Please take me off your list", he goes "What list?!" (you could tell he was getting annoyed) He said "When you were in Vegas you signed up to win a Hummer, or a cruise, YOU, asked us to call you!", I said "I'm not interested, please dont call me anymore", and ***g up.  Hopefully they wont call anymore, but after reading quite a few posts on them, they'll probably continue.  In our office we get a dozen or so "Free" cruises a week offered to us through our fax....must be a lucrative market!

I do not know how these Idiots got my phone number but they are like bill collectors. They Just don't give up.I even whistled really loud in the phone and ***g up afterward. I even reported them to the Do not call registry. Nothing stops these pests. I do not even answer anymore. Maybe they will get the hint. I am tired of getting these harassing phone calls

I have reported this caller to the Do Not Call Registry a couple of times already and they keep calling me every single day if not every other day and they have been doing this for months now.

Got yet another call from this company, this time I spoke with Nancy Walden and a***n requested removal from their list. Also asked how they got my info. They told me it was submitted online. I told them that would not be correct as I don't give my phone number out online. I use a boggus number. Also I don't give out this particular number to anyone. I give them another number that forwards calls to the number they dialed directly. They tried to tell me that I did fill out the information online and I told them I know what I fill out and don't fill out online and I definitely did not fill this out online. So then they tried to tell me that someone I know must have filled it out for me. I told them that would not be the case as I had already told them that I don't give this number out to anyone!! But then she insisted that someone must have filled it out for me. I told her that they must have gotten the information through some illegal means as no one but my husband and I have this number. I a***n requested that they remove me from the list. She said she would note that I was not to be called. I told her I had been told that in the past, yet here they were calling me a***n. I told her all my records were to be deleted from their system. She told me it would be noted that I did not want to receive any calls. I a***n emphasised that I wanted all my records deleted from their system. She then informed me that once she had noted I did not want to be called it would be deleted from the system. I told that is not what she had previously told me. She insisted that I had not asked for removal. I informed her that I would be contacting the authorities about this and I was going to let them deal with it. Then while she carried on talking I ***g up. What I would like to know is if you are on the Do Not Call Registry and you don't give your phone number out to people, how do they get your number and say its legit!! I'm getting tired of these calls from these people and many others that have s****ed bugging me. UGH!!!
