I got a call from this number. They did not leave a message. I am thinking this is SPAM since they did not leave a message. If someone calls me and I do not answer my phone and they wanted or needed to talk to me they would leave me a message, correct? To call me from an UNRECOGNIZED phone number and then not leave me a message is SPAM to me!!!

I call them back and put them on hold . They love it . Its even more fun to put them on your auto redail. Tie up their phone line. Conference calling is fun to you can hear them talking to each other.

I know for a fact, they're a mediator for collections debt.

They called and asked me "who are you" I told them I Didn't speak English." She kept asking me my name but I just mumbled. She kept saying "I don't understand you" I kept mumbling. She eventually ***g up.

They are also calling my ***her asking for my personal info, where I work, my cell phone number....

Keep calling saying I owe $2000+ to a cc company that I never had a cc with, when I say I need to verify it with my paperwork I keep filed they say "trust us, you owe us the $$$" lol...right...then you won't mind me checking my records then... I have yet to give my SSN but they keep insisting they need it to verify it's me they are speaking to...I say " trust me, I am who I say I am" lol

This caller has called me several times without a message being left.  They have even tracked down my mother's cell phone number and home phone number in efforts to reach me or my wife.  When my mother finally answered they gave no indication as to why or what they were calling for, only that I left her number (which is a ***nd new number less than a month old) as a contact number for me which is impossible since I have never spoken with them and neither has my wife.  If this isn't harassment, I don't know what is.

They have been calling my wifes # at her place of work...collection agency....I have caller id on my work phone and never pick up from call i don't recognize. harrassment.

This collection agency went to my neighbor to give me a message to call them immediately.  I have lost my job and don't want to get into any more arguments about when I can make a payment.  These people are ruthless.

I was getting phone call on my cell as unavailable. I let it ring so my voice mail well answer. And, all I was getting is that I most contract the person who was calling me, that we needed to talk about so****ing????

call today from 800-521-3236 at my place of business (which I own--it's in my name) for distant relative, trying to contact her for "serious legal matter".  Asked what our relationship was.  Said they would "notate the file" that I called back.  No way this relative would have given out my office number, they clearly must have googled or searched by my name, not sure how they even got my name from her!

I get NUMEROUS phone calls on my cell phone from this company. THey keep asking for some Joshua Dewitt character and I tell them over and over that i do not know him and this is not his number. A few days ago I got a call from a man who was calling me nothing but a lier, I knew who he was, demanding information about Josh. I DO NOT KNOW HIM!!!! So then I proceeded to yell back at him because I don't stand for being called a lier. He the s****ed telling me I was going to die over and over a***n. Called the cops in my home town. They came out, took a report and the cop was going to call the company yes****ay and let them know I was NOT LYING!!! THis is going to turn into a BIG LEGAAL issue because the a** that called me and threatened my life just called me back a***n going through the same thing a***n. I ***g up on the D***. Come to find out, my phone number Josh put on his app for a VS card back in 2002...NEWS FLASH....people get their numjbers c****ed!!! I found out a whole bunch of information about Josh because they wouldn't stop calling and asked one day if I was his wife, I told them yes just so I could get the 800# and give to the cops....sneaky my...****

I notice that i get these calls after i apply for jobs. some of these job sites may be doing so****ing "bad" with our information. BE CAREFUL OF WHAT  PHONE NUMBERS YOU PUT ON WEBSITES.

I have received 2 calls from the same number in the last 3 days. They asked for my husband and said they were from Client Services for Discover card. (We dont have a Discover Card and never have.) Women asked him to verify that his last four SSN digits was ****. And they are not. He told them that they werent and that he doesnt have a Discover card and not to call back. But they did any way. I talked to them this time. I got to be the rude one instead of them. I told the women on the phone that we dont have a Discover card and never had and she said that she could not verify why she was calling without talking to my husband first. I told her that isnt going to happen. He wouldnt know what she was talking about even if it was a legit call. I handle all the finances. I received a call this morning from a different number (866-309-0832) This was a recorded call asking to verify if such and such lived here. I was my husbands name with the wrong middle name a***n. We received local calls all the time asking if my husband could do electrical work and even received a W2 for someone with my husbands name, wrong SSN and middle name. I returned to sender. We are guessing that the company that is calling is calling for this person and not my husband for all or our accounts or paid off or up-to-date. My husband has a pretty common first and last name and I am guessing that they are phishing for info.

They call all the time and ask for a person not at the number they called.  I don't answer calls that say unknown or 800 #'s.  They are annoying. I wish they would stop calling.  All they leave is a number to call and **** up.

Have gotten repeated "time sensitive" calls from this number. Finally called then back. Dan Steele (person who called) wanted to verify spelling of my name - then said he couldn't pull up my account - could he have my SS #. I told him there was no way I was giving it to him and he said he'd call back "when I can access your information"  Never headr from them a***n (YET)

I received call from CID UNAVAILABLE wanting to talk to a member of my family, who hasn't lived here in over 10 years. After some questions from "Marcus ***ndt" he wanted my family member to call him about an important personal matter. At that point I turned on my recorder and informed him (not admissable in court unless you inform caller you are doing so). He gave me a number for my daughter to call. Feel free to call it and fill up their lines with usless calls. 800 521 3236 ext 4331. You may want to use caller ID block.  I'm fed up with these leaches who find old records that have been resolved. This is the case my family member is in.

Jim Stevens was the name of the person who called and talked to my husband looking for me under the wrong last name. I haven't used my maiden name in years...that just goes to show that so****ing fishy must be going on.  They obviously don't have their facts straight.  They also somehow got ahold of my cell phone number...my husband asked how he got this number and "Jim" had no reply. He was rude and annoying. I think if it was important enough and legitimate,they would at least know my REAL name!!

Doug Penny is calling my cell phone number leaving numorious voicemails. What a loser get a life. If people don't want to talk to you let it go or get a better job. Oh yea his extention is 193.

My mother has been getting calls from these people, I haven't lived ith her for many years.  She gave them my number and they have been calling me now.  The person calling me is "Amy Lee".  She does not leave any information except that this is a "do***ented call" and it is *very important* that I call her back.  She did not give any reference info about what She is after.  I called them back and the call went directly into voice mail, it did not ask for an extension, even though she left it on mine.

I've received several calls from this number, and spoken to them twice so far.  Apparently they think I'm lying when I tell them this is not Fernando's #, and they think it's a good idea to keep calling.

This last month I have been getting calls from a lady named Carol regarding an important business matter and they always left a message.  They said they were looking for a man named such and such.  I called them and told them they have the wrong number and they asked me if I am****ociated with The Missing Children's Foundation?  I said no.  TODAY...I RECEIVED A CALL FROM 630-790-4000 caller ID showed "INT FOR MNG."  The man asked if I am Jenny so and so.  I told him no.  He then said "Listen..I am in kind of a bind.  Do you know your neighbor so and so at such and such an address?"  I told him "No.  I do not know anyone by that name."  (My neighbors are also getting calls similar to this asking for the same person.

a woman called here from this number and asked for the neighbor to call her back....the neighbor has serious financial issues and is gone to foreclosure....debt collectors often call a person's neighbors they refer to as 'nearbys' to try and get a message to the person they are really trying to reach...I got only one call so far...my husband used this technique when he worked in 'collections' and he says it worked well to get the person he was looking for to return his call....

They called my business number. Someone should shut down their telephone number! They have lot's of time on their hands and they wasted mine.

I have received three rude message from this number, demanding a call back.  Ours is a business number -- there is no one here by the name they ask for and never has been.  I've called back twice and gotten an automated system, finally a live person who rang me to a voice mail.  The message they leave is someting like "Robyn (or Robert) Copeland, Mr. Wyatt, I need a call back, 1/800-521-3236."  Click.They are robbing my company by taking my time for these wrong numbers.  How do I stop the ma****e???

Nick Lee calls my mothers house daily and leaves a message to call him back about an important business matter or if she answers he tells her I gave him the number then asks where I live, where I work, when she will see me a***n.Next day calls and does the same thing like she is his friend. Did she tell me to call him etc. he never has told her he is a debt collector.

I just got news that someone called from this number looking for me.  The only problem is......they have yet to call me.  I don't know how they get these number.  Today is my first run in with them, and I get get anyone when I call in.  I will try try a***n, but after hearing the stories....looks like I'm gonna have a problem with them.  Anyone with any advice....feel free.Thanks so much

called neighbors across from kids in far away town. Neighbor unknown to us or kids. Neighbor came over, gave kids A ***** MESSAGE for ME..kids dad. THIS is unscrupulous activity for ANYONE. Have initiated lawsuit in my state. Later this afternoon, same person called person 10 miles from hometown. ASK that person all about her family, said he was actually trying to get ahold of me. He gave HER his number for me to call. She gave it to real estate agent who called me. A***n...more fuel for lawsuit in my state..Keep calling a**hole..

i have been getting calls frm 1800-521-3236 for over a year and have let this co know that i dont know the person they are calling for. the calls continue and the reps are very rude and even get nasty and insulting at times.
