The caller said his name was Kevin Nash from NWO Contractors and asked for the owner of our company by name regarding possible work, but he was very rude to me and kept asking for the owners cell phone number. Why can't these telemarketers get through their dumb skulls that they need to be informative and nice to the person answering the phones or else they or their message will NEVER get through to the owner!
