They call asking for personal information in regard to an HSBC account. The calls s**** at 8am and don’t stop all day. I have reported them to the fraud department at HSBC bank

This person took my relatives acc info and pretended to be HSBC and took 30,000 dollars out of the money don’t fall for this!

This number keep calling few times a day. They don't leave message. How can they use the name of a reputable bank harassing people.

When I asked what type of business they were, they said they're not allowed to disclose that.

They call every day. Up to seven times in a single day. If they are collections aren't they limited to two calls a day? I guess they think they are harassing me. News for them. I have Avast installed on my cell phone. I use it to block calls. (I make it a rule to never answer my phone unless the caller is in my contact list anyway.) Once I enter a phone number I want blocked into Avast it catches the call and sends it straight to voice mail. Does this caller leave a message? Well, they can't. I have no voice mail. So I never even know they are calling unless I check the blocked call log in Avast. I do have an account with HSBC, but am not late on payments. I suspect this may be some type of scam. If it really were HSBC then the phone number shouldn't be so difficult to research.

Betty rich called and wouldnt give any info on account.. wanted a payment said from hsbc.. Got a call 5 months ago from a man named jason same thing. I called hsbc no record of me owing any money...

Calls too much.

Constantly calling all day every hour. before 9a.m. and after 9p.m.

Called on Sunday morning, claiming to be from my bank. When I called back, a man answered and asked for my account number. I refused to give it. He asked the date and time I planned to call a***n. The whole thing felt like a scam.

Be careful they say they are a bank.

This company is calling us each day from 9 am - 9 pm nearly every hour. Asking to speak to our son ( who does not live with us anymore) We are on the no-call list and told them to remove us and that our son is not living here numerous times. They just keep calling anyway. The caller id always states 'unknown name' + 'unknown number'. For the first time today I managed to get at least the name of the caller 'Jason' and he stated he would call from 800-524-9686, but refused to give me the companies name, because it is 'personal business' regarding our son. He also stated that they are not soliciting, because it is 'personal business'
