Offering discounted Long Distance

this # has been coming up daily for months. I decided that even though I was eating lunch, I would  answer and  tell them that I wanted off their list. I believed it was the # for the US that had been bothering us for months. When the man finally came on, I told him this # had been coming up for months. He asked if I had ever answered it and I said no as i knew it was a # from the USA and couldn't do anything about it. He then became very rude and said if I'd ever bothered to answer it, in a very sarcastic voice, that I would know it wasn't from the US. I told him that I didn't need to be hassled and ***g up. I then found out it was from a non profit organization of Oldtimers Hockey. If he'd identified himself first, this could have been avoided. I am on a no call list and do not want these calls anyway. Rude gets you nowhere....

They keep on calling everyday. When I pickup the phone, they ***g up on me. So I call them instead. I was told to dial

I have a suggestion to discourage them to operate. Here is how:1. Use Internet Skype phone to call them. Their alternate phone number is 1-800-379-7808. Using Skype, they can't trace who you are or what is your land line number. Also there is no charge using the Skype service with 1-800 numbers.2. When the line get through, go to option 4. This will connect you to a life person. Get his/her name and ask some ****** personal question like his/her age, marriage status...this will get him/her mad. 3. Tell him/her the conversation is recorded or will be broadcasted. This will cause him/her to calm down.4. Now you can question them why their phone calls are bordering you.5. If everybody is doing the Skype call a few time a day, I am sure their business will not function. Their operator will quit the job.

After several calls there was finally someone to talk to rather than air. The guy said he was from a market research company. The questions kept getting more ***ual and suggestive that I eventually ***g up. I think the ca***ian government really *****ed up by letting charities,political and market reasarch firms get off scott free from the Do NOT HESITATE TO CALL LIST. THE WHOLE THING IS A TOTAL JOKE!

Asked for a family member who I said was not at home. Proceeded to ask me to tell him that he had called. I asked him who he was and he ***g up on me. Ridiculous.

they call and call and call! We never talk to anyone, but they call and call and call a***n

This number calls a couple of times a day at all hours.....I don't answer, but it is bothersome when the phone rings ll the time!

DEAD AIR...So now I don't answer when I see this number on my call display.

I have been getting daily calls from 800 525 9241 and I am on the no callers list. There must be so****ing that can be done to these companies.

I answered the phone, and a lady asked to speak to the owner, and I said he was busy, could I take a message, and she said, I'll call back and ***g up on me.

I am on the Do Not Call list in Ca***a (have been from day 1} There was no one on the phone

A lady from 1-800-5259241 called me today, first she asked me to buy hockey tickets ($30), then asked me to make a donation to help other kids to watch the hockey game.

Whenever pick up the phone call, it just keep on silent and about one minute then ****e up.

Calls every day between 5:30 - 6:00. I never answer since I know it is telemarketers.
