8005302613 calls monday thru friday and leaves a message saying this message is for ??? no name and ****s up without a name no one will call back ....lol
Just got the call yet a***n. I used your list of the "Top Dogs" in the company and asked them if Jerry put them up to this. She was like, "Jerry who?" I said, "Hogan."pause......Well Sir, noLet me talk to Rod then.Rod?Where are you?St Louis.Oh great it's Heather pulling her shenanigans. She's a riot. I'm Jerry's brother. Take me off the list. She put me through to Jerry's voice mail and I ***g up. In hindsight I should have left him a threatening message but I sorta blanked out. Let's see if they call back now. I will report back. Thanks for the info it made for a fun call. :-)
They're the same scammers, but now using 800-530-3915. So be advised. Also, it's showing up as "Toll Free Call". Same thing; many times daily (except holidays it seems). We're a debt free household, so I can only hope their repeated attempts add up to a nice costly phone bill for them! :)
No debts, new phone number not given out and didn't get listed in a phone book for 8 months, and yet this scam operation, using multiple iden***ies and numbers, including FAMS/Allied Interste/Dial America/Not Traceable, calls about 75x a month for months on end.
this party calls every day (m-f)with an automated message. The recording s****s, this message is for then nothing. this has happened every day for the last two weeks.
This is a collection agency and, yes, they are very rude!!!!
This number has called me 1 - 4x/day, except Sun's, for at least 7 months. I never answer as they don't ID themselves on Caller ID, I have no debts, and I certainly wouldn't do business with any co. that hides its ID.
This must be the worst collection service in the world. I get the same two calls each day and I'm so sick of it but I know if I answer and tell them to stop because they have the wrong person they'll argue with me and keep calling. My voicemail clearly states my name is Gavin not Robert! I hope since they are so terrible at what they do, they'll go out of business and stop calling me. There should be a law a***st this kind of junk!
They have called me 10 times in the last 24 numbers. I'm about to c****e my number its so awful.
I keep getting two calls a day. They never leave a message though. I am waiting to receive one anytime. I am not going to answer if they dont leave a message first because if they dont leave a message then they dont really want to talk to me.
calling cell phone
We get calls from this number everyday. I thought at first that I wasn't getting to the phone fast enough because they had always ***g up. Today I answered it on the second ring and they had ***g up. They must want you to go for the bait and call them back which I am not doing, nor will I attempt to answer the calls a***n. Thanks for providing the info as to who this is making these annoying calls.
Calling multiple times a day asking for someone I've never heard of. Some kind of computer voice. Filling my answering ma****e. Big pain!
THEY CALL ALL HOURS OF DAY AND EVENING, NOT LEAVING A MESSAGE AND IF YOU ANSWER YOU GET AN AUTOMATED MA****E, THEN THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR "THE NEXT AVAILABLE AGENT". THEY ARE RELENTLESS AND RUDE

I have caller ID, so I don't answer, but they've called at least twice every day - for a month or so, I guess. I'm not in the mood for an argument, so I don't bother to talk to them, but it is bothersome jumping up from my work to answer the phone, only to see that it's these people. A***n.
When you answer the phone, the recording comes back -*****o then a pause and then Good-Bye
I have a person calling about once a week and when I question the nature of the call no answers are given. They just make accusations and garnishment threats. I have yet been able to speak with management at all. Letters to state/federal departments are my next step.
Be careful following the advice from some posts on this site and others because sometimes they are sent from employees of the very company being complained about. Like the su****ious one from Jerry (dated 7 Dec 2007) who encourages you to call these idiots. Jerry? Isn't that exactly what they want you to do? Here is a quote about these bottom feeders from Bob Hibbs web site http://www.budhibbs.com/agency_watch_list.htm(this is someone you can trust)Financial****et Management Systems "Looks like Jerry Hogan, a former Nationwide Credit honcho, has taken over for a company called Financial****et Management Systems with head offices in Georgia. Same tactics, different name. First contact is by phone. No mail from these folks. I will not answer the phone and I will not be intimidated into giving any personal information."Sounds like good advice to me.Incidentally, Nationwide Credit got in a little legal trouble in 1998. Read more at the Federal Trade Commissions web site http://www.ftc.gov/opa/1998/10/nationwide.shtmHere is a bit of the ftc's web site report:"According to the FTC's complaint detailing the charges, Nationwide's collectors, on numerous occasions: * called consumers at work when they knew the consumers' employers prohibited such calls; * talked with third parties, including neighbors, children, and employers, for purposes other than acquiring location information about consumers, without consumers' consent; * used obscene or profane language; * caused the telephone to ring, or engaged a person in telephone conversations, repeatedly or continuously, with the intent to annoy, abuse, or harass a consumer; * falsely implied that failure to pay the debt could result in arrest, imprisonment, or garnishment of wages; * threatened to take action -- such as filing a lawsuit -- when they did not intend to do so; * called consumers at times or places that they knew or should have known were inconvenient; * failed to notify consumers of their right to dispute and obtain verification of their debts, and to obtain the name of the original creditor; and * continued to try to collect debts after consumers disputed them in writing, and before Nationwide verified the debts."Sound familiar? Yes, they're back at it as Bob Hibbs says. You can get a Cease Communications Letter at his site here:http://www.budhibbs.com/download_book.htmDownload the pdf en***led " THE AMERICAN CREDIT SYSTEM:Guilty Until Proven Innocent" READ IT! The Cease comm is on pg.9Certifying and mailing this letter is the ONLY legally binding way to stop a third party collector like these guys. That is if they feel like abiding by the law. You can find their addresses at their website here http://www.fams.net/about/locations.htmlIn the meantime, you can get a free phone blocker program off the web- there are many.Lastly, do***ent everything.
Auto calling people many times a day for weeks and months is harassment (with stress on the second syllable). Business practices like this would be outlawed if congress wasn't bought and paid for by greedy, am****, corrupt, lobbyists; but I digress. This Financial****et Management company occupies the same economic strata that money c****ers did in the temple 2000 years ago, or divorce lawyers or ex-Enron CEOs fill today. In an ecological niche, they would be leaches or tapeworms, parasites ***gry for an unwary host. No, I take that back, more like wolves that pretend to be sheep. Yes, desperate and depraved, mangy, red-eyed wolves, learing at your house, pacing to-and-fro in the dark corners of your lawn. Looking for an overlooked unlocked door or window and****maging through your garbage when clouds obscure the moon. Whoops, there I go a***n- digressing. Beware these people and tell them nothing. Don't be phish food for these bottom feeding info-carps. Get PhoneTray Free and block 'um. "Fight the Power...Fight the Powers that Be..."

I received several calls from "Mrs. Robinson" asking me to call her back at 800-530-2613. After several calls, I've learned this: The calls are coming from Financial****et Management Systems, Inc. http://www.fams.net/ . FAMS is a collection agency. It runs "campaigns" to find debtors by auto-dialing telephone numbers and leaving messages by fic***ious people to have them return their calls. The ONLY way to get the calls to stop before the end of the campaign is to return the call and tell them the debtor they are looking for doesn't live at your number. It's ridiculous. Personally, I wouldn't give any information to the people at the 800 number. Call the company at 636-925-5300 and ask to speak to a manager of the debt collection campaign. Or call the 800 number and ask to speak to a manager. The local number I've given is for the Missouri office, but if the case is being handled by the Georgia or Oregon offices, see http://www.fams.net/about/index.html
So I get a call from "Ms. Jackson" this morning asking to speak with someone who happens to be related to me, but does not live with me. I found out she's from "Financial****et Management" but she wouldn't tell me anything else. I took the message for this family member of mine, but when I checked my messages a few hours leaving, noticed she had left three messages on my phone since I spoke with her this morning. I called back and requested she take me off of her call list and she said she would not do that. She went on to say that she could call my house anytime she wants to and there's nothing I can do about it. She told me I could cuss until I'm blue in the face and that she would just send me a bill for $1,000 per profanity since it's illegal to swear on a federally regulated phone line. HA! NICE ONE MS JONES! A little quick number search online shows that they collect for AT&T/Cingular Wireless
they call 3 or 4 times a day. when I answer they won't tell me why they are calling. they say they have an important message but I never hear it.
This number calls at least twice on a daily basis. It sounds like a recording, female voice w/ and accent; this time, it asked "If this is Marie, please press 1;" and when I did that, a very unprofessional male voice came on and said I have a delinquent bill, when I denied it, he said four random numbers and asked if they were the last four digits of my social. I told him no and to stop harassing the wrong person.
I've had a similar issue but the (800) 530-2613 number is on my id. When I called back they directed me to (800) 530-3915 ext. 2651. If you figure out who this is or what they want please let me know!
Keep calling 2,3 4 times a day. No message just call my office. Look up says same as above comment. Very annoying.
Said they needed my last four numbers of my SS, and I politely refused to give it, so they got very rude. I knew so****ing was up then. When I got the message, they left this 800 number to call back, but my caller ID said 952-738-0325. Is this a scam
